Product Usage Instructions
To use the Eau-Me Board properly and safely, please follow these instructions:
- Ensure that the Eau-Me Board is placed on a stable and level surface.
- Tighten the locking screw (B) using the Allen key (C) provided to secure the Eau-Me Board in place.
- Before use, drop two Puritabs chlorine tablets (D) into the designated area on the Eau-Me Board.
- The Eau-Me Board is designed for coordination exercises. Use it to improve your balance and stability.
- Always use the Eau-Me Board under the immediate supervision of an adult.
- Do not exceed the maximum weight load of 250 kg / 551 lb.
- Regularly check all fittings and the condition of the Eau-Me Board before each use.

Please carefully read the following safety instructions for the correct use, handling and maintenance of your new fitness equipment. Keep this manual for future reference. Following these instructions carefully will ensure safe use of your equipment at all times.
- This piece of exercise equipment is intended for adult use only, designed for the sole purpose of improving physical fitness. Please use accordingly.
- Damaged parts can affect the safety of this machine. You should not use the machine if one or several original parts are damaged, show signs of wear/tear or are not fully functional. Replace any default parts with original parts only.
- Incorrect repair work or spare parts that are not from the manufacturer can lead to danger and damages. In this case the manufacturer can not be made liable.
- Manipulation or changes to the original design of the machine can lead to damages and/or physical injuries. Changes on the Eau-Me Board should only be carried out by professional employees from the manufacturer.
- Any person to use the Eau-Me Board especially children, must be informed of and made aware of security risks before use. Children should never use the machine without adult supervision.
- Before you start using the machine make sure you are in good physical and conditional health. Consult your doctor prior to use. The wrong use and / or excessive exercise can lead to health damages. Increase your training slowly.
Handling and Use
Please read these handling instructions carefully. The following information will help you use the Eau-Me Board correctly.
- Do not use the Eau-Me Board before fully assembling, reading and understanding the safety instructions.
- Clean the Eau-Me Board with a damp cloth after each workout.
- Children are not allowed to use the Eau-Me Board without adult supervision. During your workout, make sure no other people (mainly children) can interfere or reach into any adjustable parts of the equipment.
- Always wear suitable exercise attire and shoes (sneakers) for your workout.
- For maintaining the wood of your equipment we recommend use of our maintenance kit.
Assembly Information / Customer Service
First, fully unpack your Eau-Me Board and check for any damages from shipping. Packaging material should be kept until assembly is complete. Please use original packaging in the event of return or be sure to dispose of properly.
Be sure to check that delivery is complete. For the scope of delivery, please refer to the included parts list. Should any parts be missing or defective, please contact your local dealer or the manufacturer. Allow yourself enough space for assembling your Eau-Me Board. Assembly should be carried out by adults only. In case of doubt, request assistance from a further adult with good technical skills. Read the assembly instructions carefully. Assemble the Eau-Me Board following the assembly instructions and illustrations.
Assembly
- Step 1
- Remove the locking screw (B) from the Eau-Me Board (A) using the allen key (C).
- Step 2
- Place the Eau-Me board (A) on the ground at an angle of 90 ° and hold it firmly.
- Step 3
- Fill the Eau-Me Board (A) with 5-6.5 L tap water and then screw in the locking screwg (B) using the Allen key (C).
- For filling a funnel / hose is recommended.
Important: Only tighten the screw plug (B) by hand. Damage to the thread should be avoided.

Eau-Me Board
The NOHrD Eau-Me Board is a water-based balance board with a special “Out of Balance Effect”, called OBE for short. The Eau-Me Board’s water element ensures constant movement when in use, requiring continuous attentiveness.
For the best exercise experience fill the Eau-Me Board with 5 – 6.5 liters of regular tap water. This contains chlorine, which prevents bacterial or algae buildup. A funnel or hose is recommended for filling up. For the highest OBE- effect, we recommend filling the Eau-Me Board with 6.5 l of water. For an optimal filling position; line the tank up 90 degrees to the floor. Auxiliary marking will show the recommended amount of water for underneath the cap.
Occasionally, the water should be refreshed with a chlorine tablet. Please only use WaterRower or NOHrD original tablets to avoid risk of damage to the polycarbonate container. The water can also be dyed blue. In this case, please DO NOT USE chlorine tablets, which will dissolve the watercolor. If you choose to dye the water, it should be changed every 4-6 months for hygienic reasons.
