RC-113M PID Thermostat
Quick Start Guide (Version 22.11.03GEN) Video on YouTube 113M thermostat can
dynamically adjust the output current intensity by the SCR (Silicon-Controlled
Rectifier), makes the temperature change gradually instead of sharply.
Wiring Diagram
Unlike STC serial controllers, which usually need jumper wire, this unit is easy to wire, just like the diagram shows.
Attention
The relay’s max current is 2A; hence your load power is usually ≤ 440 Watt
for 220V, ≤ 264Watt for 110V)
Set the Aimed Temp
the “set-point” was defined as the aimed temperature; there is no hysteresis/return difference here; please do not try to find it. Assure power on, press and release the [set] key, you will find data on the screen, and the red “SET” light blinks. Now press the direction keys to adjust the aimed temperature. From the moment of power on, this unit is always working. The inside SRC offers electricity to the heater and auto-adjusts the output electric current according to [the difference between measured temperature value and aim value].
Function Menu
Hold on the [ Set] key for 3s, and the display appears F01. Now it is the configuration interface; try the other three keys to select code and change the value; it is easy.
Code | Meaning |
---|---|
F01 | Lower Limit for SP (°C) |
F02 | Upper Limit for SP (°C) |
F03 | Calibration (°C) |

Product Information
The RC-113M PID Thermostat is a device that can dynamically adjust the output current intensity by the SCR (Silicon-Controlled Rectifier), which makes temperature changes gradual instead of sharp. It has a relay with a maximum current of 2A, which means that the load power is usually 440 Watt for 220V or 264 Watt for 110V. The device is easy to wire with a wiring diagram and does not require a jumper wire like STC serial controllers. The RC-113M PID Thermostat has a set point that is defined as the aimed temperature, and there is no hysteresis/return difference. The device is always working from the moment of power on, and it auto-adjusts the output electric current according to the difference between the measured temperature value and the aim value.
Product Usage Instructions
To set the aimed temperature, ensure that the power is on, and press and release the [set] key. Data will appear on the screen, and the red SET light will blink. Use the direction keys to adjust the aimed temperature. To access the function menu, hold down the [Set] key for 3 seconds, and the display will show F01. This is the configuration interface, and you can use the other three keys to select a code and change its value. Please note that this is not a step-by-step user manual and only highlights key points. New users should read the Full-Content Version User Manual for detailed instructions.
