Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Setting up the Printer

1. Unbox the printer and ensure all components are present.
2. Connect the power adapter to the printer and plug it into a power source.
3. Power on the printer and wait for it to initialize.
4. If necessary, connect the printer to a computer or device using the provided interface cable.

Step 2: Loading Paper

1. Open the paper tray or cover on the printer.
2. Insert the paper roll into the designated slot.

MOQ policy
No MOQ limitation for the standard products, but the unit price is different based on quantity. For customized production, discuss the MOQ with our sales representative directly.

Sample Availability & Policy
After customers confirm the specifications, we are glad to provide samples for testing and qualification. All samples should be paid before shipment, and the sample price should be higher than the mass order. When the mass order is placed, we can return the cost of the sample or send more products with the shipments. Samples can be purchased directly from us using T/T, Western Union, or PayPal, or through our online store.

Warranty
