Functions Keys (Front)
Home: Go back to home menu
Return: Go back to previous screen
Cursor : to lock and unlock the mouse cursor
Backlit: to turn on and off the backlight of the remote
Power: IR learning key to learn TV or Android box power key
TV: IR learning key to enter IR learning mode
Functions Keys (Keyboard)
ALT: Numeric and special characters switch (click once to switch between
letter and special characters}
SHIFT: hold to switch uppercase or lowercase
CAPS: Caps Lock
Operation
- IR Learning for Power Key
Please note POWER key is the only IR learning key on RT250
- Press and Hold TV Key for more than 3 seconds until red indicator starts flashing quickly, red indicator will flash slowly after you released TV Key.
- Point your IR remote to top IR section of RT250, press the power key on your IR remote
- The red indicator on RT250 will stop flashing and steady on if learning is successful
- Press the Power Key on RT250, the red indicator will flash slowly
- Press TV key to finish the IR key learning
- Re-Sync Remote with USB receiver
- Unplug the USB Receiver from PC or other device
- Press the “OK” and “TV” Keys, the blue indicator will flashing
- Plug the USB Receiver back to PC or other device
- The blue indicator will stop flashing if pairing is successful
- Touchpad Operation
- Tap by one finger: left mouse click
- Tap by two fingers: right mouse click
- Slide by two fingers: Page scroll up and down
Troubleshooting
Q: The remote doesn’t work
1) Check the power switch on side of the remote and make sure it’s on
2) Check the USB receiver is properly plugged on PC or other device,
change to a different USB port if necessary
3) Check the battery if it need to recharge
Q: My TV doesn’t support this remote
Not all TV use Android based system, the remote only support Android based
smart TV, also some TV with heavily modified Android system may have issue
with this remote.
Q: The mouse cursor is not moving
Press the Cursor key in front, check if it’s in locked status
Q: The mouse cursor is moving to slow or fast
Press “HOME and VOL+” or “HOME and VOL-” to adjust the cursor speed
Q: How to reset the remote?
Press “OK and BACK” buttons for 3 seconds
