Product Information

The CPCC Motorized Circular Duct Damper is designed to control the airflow to the zone it serves. It is made of aluminum with foam rubber insulation to provide durability and insulation. The damper is available in different sizes ranging from 100mm to 355mm and comes with an airflow regulation system that allows you to manually set the maximum and minimum opening values of each damper according  to the needs of each installation.

– Pressure range: 0.62 Pa to 24.04 Pa

Product Usage Instructions

1. Install the CPCC Motorized Circular Duct Damper in a circular air distribution duct.

2. Use an anemometer to verify that the flow rate of each grille is within the requirements of the installation.

3. To adjust the maximum and minimum opening values of each damper:

  • A-M (Minimum Air): The default position of the damper is a.
    There are four positions (a, b, c, and d) where a is completely closed and d is completely open. To change this value, the damper must be fully open to adjust its flow rate.

  • REG (Regulation): By default, the damper will be in position I.
    There are four positions (I, II, III, and IV) where I is fully open and IV is minimum opening. To change this value, the damper must be fully closed to adjust its flow rate.

REGULATION

The circular duct damper includes an airflow regulation system that allows you to manually set the maximum and minimum opening values of each damper according to the needs of each installation.

A-M (Minimum air)

The default position of the damper is “a”. There are 4 positions (a, b, c and d) where “a” is completely closed and “d” completely open. To change this value, the damper must be fully open to adjust its flow rate.

REG (Regulation)

By default, the damper will be in position “I”. There are 4 positions (I, II, III and IV) where “I” is fully open and “IV” is minimum opening. To change this value, the damper must be fully closed to adjust its flow rate.
