COOKING TIPS:
- This unit heats up and cooks fairly quickly. To make the cooking process more efficient, prepare all the ingredients before turning the grill on.
- The cooking time depends on the thickness of the food, type of meat/food and the temperature of the grill. When grilling meat or vegetables in the unit, cut them into thin slices in order to ensure that they can be cooked properly.
- Squeeze any excess juice from the ingredients before placing them on the meat grill.
- To prevent food from sticking to the cooking plates, always preheat the grill and lightly grease the food or cooking plates with cooking oil or butter. Use lard for a more intense flavour.
- Always cook food in several batches. Avoid overloading the grill to prevent food from being undercooked.
