Installation preparation

Safety instructions

To ensure the correct usage of this product, this product must be installed or disassembled by a professional electrician.
The main power switch must be cut off before installing or disassembly-bling this product t o prevent electric shock. This product needs t o be kept away from fire and water sources during installation and use.
This product cannot be used in humid environments (such as bathrooms).
Currently, the device does not support PoE power supply, thus pleased not plug the PoE network cable into the network port t o avoid burnout of the device.

Installation instructions

• Turn off the circuit breaker and use the electrical tester to test the power.
• Ensure the circuit breaker Is off before wiring.

Attention
Please disconnect the power supply before installing or removing the device for avoiding irreversible damage unpredictable problems.
Remove the panel (as shown below):

Wiring instructions

• Check the wiring to make sure that the copper wire is in good contact with the terminal and there is no exposed wire.

• Use the correct type of screws, countersunk screws for
  Asia-Pacific region, panhead screws for Europe region, to fix the base to the cassette, and then buckle back the panel.

• Please note that the screws should not be tightened too tightly during the Installation process to avold deformation or damage to the screen or hardware.

• If you encounter any problem with the Installation, do not press too hard to force the installation. You should level the wall first and check the bracket.

MOES App Is upgraded as much more compatibility than Tuya Smart/Smart Life App, functionals w e l l for scene controlled b y Skirl, widget and scene recommendations as the fully new customized service.
(Note: Tuya Smart/Smart Life App still works, but MOES App I s highly recommended)
Registration or Log in.

• Download “MOES” Application.
• Enter the Register/Login interface; tap “Register” t o create an account by entering your phone number to get verification code and “Set password”. Choose “Log in” if you already have a MOES account.

Add Device

1. Turn on the power, and wait for the device to initiate. Connect to the network according to the instructions on the screen.
2. Open the MOES App, then scan the QR code on the device to configure the network (as shown in the figure below), and perform related operations according to the instructions on the device interface after the commission is successfully finished.
   *The QR code is based on the display of actual device

• Device/scene overview: enter the corresponding entry in the smart control panel page of the MOES App, tick the devices or scenes that need to be displayed on the screen.
• Voice control: enter the corresponding entrance in the smart control panel page of the MOES App to configure the vocal scene.
• Gateway function: enter the corresponding entrance in the smart control panel page of the MOES App, then add ZigBee devices.
• Setting: slide down at the top of the Smart Control Panel screen to call out the setting page.
