- Follow the instructions in the charger’s user manual.
Low power indication
You will hear an alert signal indicating the power cell is running low. The
signal repeats every 20 minutes for about 1.5 hours. After that time, your
hearing aids will stop working until charged.
Runtime will be reduced if multiple features are used simultaneously and
require more frequent charging.
Charging tips
How often should I charge my hearing aids?
- We recommend charging your hearing aids every night, even if the power cell is not empty. This ensures you’ll be fully charged at the start of each day.
How long does charging take?
- A full charging cycle takes about 4 hours (+/- 10 min)
- After 30 minutes, it is possible to use your hearing aids up to 6 hours.
- Charging times vary due to use and age of power cell.
What if I forget to charge my hearing aids?
- Your hearing aids will automatically switch off when the power cell is empty. Charge the hearing aids as soon as possible.
- Hearing aids which have not been charged for over 6 months may be damaged due to unrecoverable deep-discharge of the power cell. This will require repair or replacement.

is not completely covered.
You may prefer specific settings when using the phone. Ask your Hearing Care
Professional to set a telephone program to select for frequent use. Use this
program whenever you are on the phone.

enables audio streaming from smartphones and other devices with appropriate
connection through your smartphone. Bluetooth functionality may be restricted
in specific situations.
MAINTENANCE AND CARE
Follow these guidelines to care for your hearing aids.
Cleaning casing
Your hearing aids have a protective coating, but if not cleaned regularly, you
may damage them or cause personal injury.
- Clean your hearing aids daily with a soft, dry cloth or tissue
- Never use running water or immerse hearing aids in water
- Never apply pressure while cleaning
- Do not use alcohol solvent on the charging contacts
Cleaning earpieces
Cerumen (ear wax) may accumulate on earpieces and affect sound. Clean all
types of earpieces daily:
- After removing from ears, wipe with a soft, dry tissue or cloth to prevent cerumen becoming dry and hard.
- Exchange standard earpieces every three months. Replace sooner if you notice cracks or changes.
Drying
- To avoid corrosion, use a soft, dry tissue or cloth to wipe off moisture from the charging contacts or hearing aids before inserting them in the charger.
Ask about recommended cleaning products and the professional cleaning schedule to keep your hearing aids in good condition
STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION Short-term storage (days)
- Plug in your charger and place your hearing aids in the charger
Connect the charger to a power supply to ensure they turn off properly. The remote control and app do not turn off hearing aids but puts them in standby mode which will still draw some power.
Long-term storage (weeks, months)
- Fully charge the hearing aids
- Turn them off via the rocker switch
- Insert drying products in the charger before storing
- Place your hearing aids in the unplugged charger
- Plan to charge the hearing aids at least every 6 months to avoid deep-discharge of the power cell.
Deep-discharged power cells cannot be re-charged and must be replaced.
NOTE:
- Hearing aids must be charged at least every six months but recommend charging every three months.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
Your hearing aid, with the exception of the battery, is covered by a
comprehensive warranty. All covered instrument parts received for warranty
service at an authorized service center will be repaired or replaced with new
or reconditioned components, without charge, to meet the performance
specifications for that model.
This warranty does not cover malfunctions due to unusual wear and tear or
mistreatment of the instrument such as physical shock, excessive wax build-up,
or tampering with the instrument, any of which voids all warranties. Your
Hearing Care Professional may charge a service fee for processing warranty
service.
Warranty service must only be performed by an authorized service cent. Service
performed by unauthorized service depots voids this warranty, and repairs so
necessitated will be done on a parts and labor cost basis.

period effective dates.
Your hearing aids may have additional loss and damage coverage. Please consult
your Hearing Care Professional to determine if this is applicable to your
hearing aids.

Hearing Care Professional.

FOR HEARING AIDS WITH TELECOIL
Audio induction loops
Some telephones and public places like theaters offer the audio signal (music
and speech) via an audio induction loop. With this system, your hearing aids
can directly receive the desired signal – without distracting noise in the
environment.
You can usually recognize audio induction loop systems by certain signs
.
Whenever you are in a place with an audio induction loop:
- Switch to the telecoil program.
- If a telecoil program is configured for your hearing aids, it is listed in section “Hearing programs”.
