How It Works
The Sciaire Portable is suitable for use in places with small space, using a combination of plasma technology and 3-in-1 filter to effectively filter air with impurities. This device intakes the air 360o all- around. The air through the 3-in-1 filter which combines pre-filter, EPA filter and activated carbon filter together, the air will be disinfected by centrifugal fan and plasma generator components. After filtering and disinfection, the filtered air comes from the upper end. It can efficiently filter the air in small spaces such as car: with function of filtration to the PM2.5 micro-particles, adsorption and decomposition of formaldehyde, second-hand smoke, viruses and other harmful gases, dust removal, disinfection in one.
-
Stage 1: Pre-Filter
The pre-filter captures large particulate matters including dust, pollen, and hair. -
Stage 2: EPA Filter
The Efficiency Particulate Air (EPA) filter captures particles down to 0.3 microns in diameter. -
Stage 3: Activated Carbon Filter
The activated carbon filter traps odors, gases, and violatile organic compounds (VOCs). -
Stage 4: Plasma Generators
The plasma generators generate positive ions and negative ions that are diffused into the air. These ions keep killing bacteria and viruses in the room. As the room is filled with negative oxygen ions, you will enjoy a fresh smell – like the forest after a rain shower.
Unpacking and Setup
- Remove the unit from the box and check that all the items shown in Figure 1 are included. It is a good idea to retain the packaging for storing the unit or in the event it must be shipped back for service.
