Product Information

The AIR 32 is a coop and pen system designed to provide a comfortable and safe living space for poultry. The product comes with multiple panels, perches, ramps, nesting boxes, and roofs. The product is made of sturdy materials and requires assembly using screws and bolts provided in the package.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Retain the instruction manual for future reference.

2. Before use, ensure all bolts, screws, and knobs are firmly secured.

3. Reconfirm the security of all bolts, screws, and knobs every 90 days.

4. During initial assembly, fasten screws loosely and do not fully tighten until the item is completely assembled.

5. Do not use or store the item near open flame or flammable/combustible chemicals.

6. Be aware that some parts are heavy and have sharp edges, and moving parts can cause injury.

7. If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using the product until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.

8. Use the item only in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions to avoid voiding the product warranty.

9. Use a Phillips screwdriver and drill (recommended) for assembly.

10. Assembly requires two people and approximately 45 minutes.

11. Follow the step-by-step assembly instructions provided in the manual.

12. To assemble the coop, attach the front and back panels (Part A & B) and left and right panels (Part E & F) using 8xP2 screws. Attach the front and back wire panel of the coop (Part C & D) and the front and back panel of the pen (Part G & H) using 6xP1 screws.

13. Screw the ramp (Part K) to the bottom half of the lower panel on Part F using 4xP5 screws.

14. Attach the right panel of the pen (Part I) to the sides using 4xP2 screws.

15. Insert two perches (Part M) into the slots inside the front and back panel of the coop. Slide in tray Part L.

16. Attach the back panel of the nesting box (Part N) and front panel of nesting box (Part O) to the coop using 2xP2 screws on wood parts and 4xP1 screws on wire parts.

17. Attach the nesting box side panel (Part P) to the sides using 4xP2 screws.

18. Drop in the bottom floor (Part Q) to the nesting box. Insert the divider (Part R) into the slots of the bottom floor.

19. Attach the nesting box roof (Part S) by removable hinge.

20. Attach the roof panel of the pen (Part J) to the pen using 4xP2 screws.

21. Attach two coop roofs (Part T) to the coop using 8xP3 screws.
    Ensure top roof panels line up with each other before screwing in the cap (Part U) using 4xP4 screws.

22. Attach the spring latch (Part P6) to the front doors using 2xP5 screws each.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

1. Attach the front and back panel of coop Part A & B, left and right panel of coop Part E & F by 8xP2 screws.

2. Attach the front and back wire panel of coop Part C & D , front and back panel of pen Part G & H by 6xP1 screws.

3. Screw the ramp Part K to the bottom half of lower panel on Part F by 4xP5 screws.

4. Attach the right panel of pen Part I to the sides by 4xP2 screws.

5. Insert 2PCS perches Part M into the slots inside front and back panel of coop.

6. Slide in tray Part L.

7. Attach the back panel of nesting box Part N and front panel of nesting box Part O to the coop by 2xP2 screws on wood Part and 4xP1 screws on wire part.

8. Attach the nesting box side panel Part P to the sides by 4xP2 screws.

9. Drop in the bottom floor Part Q to the nesting box.

10. Insert the divider Part R into the slots of bottom floor.

11. Attach the nesting box roof Part S by removable hinge as show on below pictures.

12. Attach the roof panel of pen Part J to the pen by 4xP2 screws.

13. Attach 2PCS coop roofs Part T to the coop by 8xP3 screws.

14. Ensure top roof panels line up with each other before screwing the cap Part U by 4xP4 screws
    Attach the spring latch P6 to the front doors by 2xP5 screws each. (Notice the direction of latch)

15. Attached PVC Waterproof Strip Part V to the nesting box by 3XP4 screws.
