  1. Scan the QR code or search “Donner Connect” in the APP store to download and make your TV Soundbar experience easier and smarter.
  2. Download the App to adjust the volume, and switch the audio source and sound modes, while fine-tuning the treble, bass, and EQ of each mode to get the most suitable sound.
  3. Customizing the soundbar name you desired is also available in the App while giving you access to turn on/off the soundbar’s audio prompt.

Please verify line voltage before use, the Donner TV Soundbar 3.0 has been designed for use with 100-240 volt,

  1. Read these instructions. All the safety and operating instructions should be read before operating the product.
  2. Keep these instructions. These safety instructions and the product owner’s manual should be retained for future reference.
  3. Heed all warnings. All warnings on the product and in the user manual should be adhered to.
  4. Follow all Instructions. All operating and use instructions should be followed.
  5. Do not use the product near water.
  6. Cleaning – Unplug the product from the computer and clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.
  7. Ventilation – Do not block any ventilation openings. Install in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
  8. Heat – Do not install the product near any heat sources such as radiators, heat registers, stoves, or another apparatus [including an amplifier] that produces heat.
  9. Overloading – Do not overload wall outlets and extension cords as this can result in a risk of fire or electrical shock.
  10.  Disconnect – The main plug is considered to be the disconnect device for the product and shall remain readily operable.

INTRODUCTION

Donner TV Sound bar 3.0 is an all-in-one speaker system that delivers high- quality TV sound and provides an  immersive sound experience. With a size of 70cmXllcmX6cm, its compact and space-saving design is ideal for placing below the TV. And a well-built 3.0 channel system with a total power of BOW, consists of two bass drivers, two soft dome treble drivers, and one midrange driver while giving you access to the high dynamics, wide frequency response range, and clear human voice that are far superior to those of television sets. Through the high-speed HDMI ear port, you can connect your smart LCD TV and enjoy immersive audio and video with Dolby

Atmos [virtual] stereo sound. You can also connect various audio sources via Bluetooth, optical, and AUX interface, meanwhile, the sound bar also supports connecting a subwoofer, which gives you a range of options for dealing with various application scenarios and offers the sound you want through adjusting the built-in EQ modes [music/movie/game] and treble/bass balance. All customized settings are available in the “Donner Connect” App allows you to enjoy an easy operation way.

Recommend Placement

② Recommend room: The horizontal width is not less than 3m, and the distance between the lV and the person is not less than 2m.

USE YOUR SOUNDBAR

Power Supply and Wakeup Operation
  1. Connect one end of a supplied AC power cord to the AC input port on your Sound bar and another end to the power socket on the wall. The Soundbar will power on automatically and the indicator will light up.
  2. Press the power button of the remote control or press and hold the source button on the Soundbar for 5S to enable sleep mode.
  3. In sleep mode, press the power button of the remote control or press any button on the Soundbar that can wake up the unit.
  4. If the Soundbar enters sleep mode while connecting a smart lV via HDMI cable, some lV models can wake up the Soundbar when you turn on the TV.
Basic Control Operation
  1. Press the source button on the Soundbar to change source or use a remote control/App to select your audio source directly.

  3. Press the +J- (Volume) button on the Soundbar to adjust the volume or use a remote control/App to increase or decrease a volume level.
  4. Press the EO mode button on the Soundbar to switch EQ modes [movie/music/game) or use a remote control/App to select the EQ mode directly.
  5. In Bluetooth mode, you can use the remote control to control music playback, previous track, pause/play, next track.
Using Dolby Atmos Mode
  1. Connect the TVs HDMI eARC port to the Soundbars eARC port using a high speed HDMI cable. When watching online programs with Dolby Atmos audio or movies played on Blu-ray players, you can use Dolby Atmos mode to greatly enhance the three-dimensional feel of the sound and enjoy the immersive feeling.
  2. The Atmos mode will be turned on automatically when the original Dolby source is played. You can use the remote control or App to turn on/off Atmos mode [this function is unavailable when Bluetooth or AUX input is selected].
  3. When you connect a source like Dolby Digital Plus of Blu-ray directly to the Soundbar by using the optical input or using HDMI to connect to a TV that doesn’t support eARC, you can manually turn on the Atmos function by using the remote control or App, but you might not get the best experience.

UPDATE AND RESET

Update Operation

l Download the latest firmware upgrade package from our official website www.donnermusic.com.
2. Unzip the downloaded upgrade package to the root directory of your USB flash drive. The recommended capacity of the USB flash drive is not larger than 32GB.
3. Insert the USB flash drive into the USB port, then press and hold the source button and Vol+ button on the  Soundbar or press the power button of the remote control for 10s until all the indicators light up red one by one, the Soundbar system will be upgraded automatically.
4. The Soundbar system will automatically reboot after the upgrade. And remove the USB flash drive after all operations are done.
Update And Reset

Get Better Sound
  1. When your Sound bar is placed too close to the edge of the desktop, this may lead to the sounding lacking in bass tones. You can press the BASS+ button on the remote control or the BASS EQ of the App to increase the bass tone at most 6dB to make the sound more vigorous.

  2. When your Sound bar is placed too far away from the edge of the desktop, this may lead to the sounding overly bass. You can press the BASS- button on the remote control or the BASS EQ of the App to decrease the bass tone at most 6dB to make the sound clear.

  3. When your Soundbar is placed too low, this may lead to the sounding lacking in treble tones. You can adjust the TREBLE EQ of the App to increase the treble by up to 6dB to make the sound brighter.

  4. When your Soundbar is placed too high, this may lead to the sounding overly treble. You can adjust the TREBLE EQ of the App to decrease the treble tone by up to 6dB to make the sound nicer.

Factory Reset
  1. If your Soundbar system cannot connect to Bluetooth or occurs another failure, you can try to restore the factory settings.
  2. When the Soundbar is powered on, press and hold the source button and Vol+ button on the Soundbar for 10s, and the Soundbar will reset factory default settings.

TROUBLESHOOTING

The unit will not turn on| Check if the power cord is plugged into the power socket and Sound bar.

| Restore the Sound bar to factory settings.
No sound from Sound bar| Make sure that the sound bar is not muted.
Select the correct audio input source on the remote control.
Connect the Sound bar to your lV or other devices properly.
Restore the Sound bar to factory settings.
Distorted sound or echo| If you play audio from your lV through the sound bar, make sure that your TV

is muted, or the built-in lV speaker is disabled.

No height sound effects of Dolby Atmos| Enjoy the sound effects of Dolby Atmos when you play movies from the

lV/HDMI sources. For audio streaming over Bluetooth or casting apps, Dolby Atmos is not supported.

A device cannot be connected to the Sound bar| Check if you have enabled Bluetooth on the device.
If the sound bar has been paired with another Bluetooth device, please reset Bluetooth.
Poor audio quality from a connected Bluetooth device| Move the source device closer to the Sound bar or remove any obstacle between the source device and the Sound bar.
