Product Information
The AIR 48 is a chicken coop and pen designed for backyard use. It comes with nesting boxes, perches, and a ramp for easy access. The product is made of heavy-duty materials and includes several panels and screws for assembly. The coop should be firmly secured before use, and all bolts, screws, and knobs should be reconfirmed to be secure every 90 days. The product should not be used or stored in the proximity of open flames or flammable/combustible chemicals. Several parts of the product are heavy and have sharp edges, and moving parts can injure, crush, and cut. If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, the product should not be used until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
Product Usage Instructions
- Tools Required: Phillips screwdriver, drill (recommended), 2 person assembly
- Hardware: M4.0x40mm screw 36pcs+1 spare (P1), M3.5x55mm screw 8pcs+1 spare (P3), M3.5x25mm screw 26pcs+1 spare (P5), M3.5x60mm screw 14pcs+1 spare (P2), M3.5x35mm screw 28pcs+1 spare (P4), M3.0x16mm screw 12pcs+1 spare (P6), nesting box front/back/pen, front panel-up (1pc), back panel of coop (1pc), back panel of pen-up (1pc), support frame of pen (1pc), left panel of coop (1pc), right panel of coop (1pc), tray (1pc), front panel-down (1pc), right panel of pen (close to coop) (1pc), left panel of pen (close to coop) (1pc), right panel of pen (outside) (1pc), left panel of pen (outside) (1pc), back panel of pen-down (1pc), panel of nesting box (2pcs), divider of nesting box (2pcs), bottom of nesting box (2pcs), roof of nesting box (2pcs), ramp (1pc), roof (2pcs), perch of coop (2pcs), perch of pen (2pcs), roof connect bar (2pcs), roof cap (2pcs), PVC waterproof strip (2pcs)
- Attach the coop: Attach Part A, Part B, Part G, and Part E1 with 6xP1 screws. Attach the panel Part E2 with 6xP1 screws.
- Slide in the tray Part F. Insert the perches 2xPart U into the slots inside the front and back panel.
- Attach the ramp Part R to the back panel Part B by 4xP6 screws.
- Attach the right nesting box: Attach the panel Part L & M to the right panel of coop by 4xP3 & 2xP4 screws. Attach the panel Part N to the right of nesting box by 6xP1 screws. Drop in the bottom panel of nesting box 2xPart P to 2 nesting boxes as shown in the picture. Slide in the divider 2xPart O to each Part P.
- Attach the left nesting box: Attach the panel Part L & M to the left panel of coop by 4xP3 & 2xP4 screws. Attach the panel Part N to the left of nesting box by 6xP1 screws. Drop in the bottom panel of nesting box 2xPart P to 2 nesting boxes as shown in the picture. Slide in the divider 2xPart O to each Part P.
- Attach the pen: Attach the panel Part I & H (Close to the coop) to the coop by 6xP2 screws. Attach the panel Part J1 & J2 (outside) to the Part I & H by 6xP2 screws.
NOTICE
Please retain these instructions for future
- Firmly secure all bolts,screws and knobs before use.
- Reconfirm that all bolts,screws,and knobs are secure every 90 days.
- Fasten screws loosely during initial assembly. Do not fully tighten screws until the item is completely assembled.
- Do not use or store this item in the proximity of open flame or flammable/combustible chemicals.
- Be aware that some parts are heavy and have sharp edges.
- Be aware that moving parts can injure ,crush and cut.
- If any parts are missing ,broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
- Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the product warranty.

Attach the coop !
- Attach the Part A , Part B , Part G , Part E1 by 6xP1 screws.
- Attach the panel Part E2 by 6xP1 screws.
- Slide in the tray Part F.
- Insert the perches 2xPart U into the slots inside the front and back panel.
Attach the ramp Part R to the back panel Part B by 4xP6 screws as show on the picture.
- Attach the right nesting box !
- Attach the panel Part L & M to the right panel of coop by 4xP3 & 2xP4 screws.
Attach the panel Part N to the right of nesting box by 6xP1 screws.
Attach the left nesting box !
Attach the panel Part L & M to the left panel of coop by 4xP3 & 2xP4 screws.
Attach the panel Part N to the left of nesting box by 6xP1 screws.
Drop in the bottom panel of nesting box 2xPart P to 2 nesting box as show on the picture.
Slide in the divider 2xPart O to each Part P as show on the picture.
Attach the pen !
Attach the panel Part I & H (Close to the coop ) to the coop by 6xP2 screws.
Attach the panel Part J1 & J2 (outside) to the Part I & H by 6xP2 screws.
Attach the support frame Part D to the Part J1 & J2 (outside) by 4xP1 screws as show on the picture.
Attach the back panel pact C & K by 2 x p2 screws.
Attach the panel Part C & K to Part J1 & J2 by 8xP1 screws.
Attach 2pcs of perches part V to the pen by 4 x P4 screws each side as show on picture.
Attach the nesting box roof 2xPart Q to the nesting box by 4xP6 screws each side.
Attach the roof 2xPart S & 2x Part T to the coop by 16xP4 screws. (Notice do not confuse the position of Part S & Part T)
Attach the roof cap 2xPart X to the roof by 8xP5 screws.
Connect the roof with connect bar 2xPart W by 12xP5 screws.
Attached PVC Waterproof Strip Part Y to the right side nesting box by 3XP5 screws.
Attached PVC Waterproof Strip Part Y to the left side nesting box by 3XP5 screws.
