GDP 2010-2021 6.7l Cummins Digital Switch
Product Information:
The 2010-2021 6.7L Cummins Digital Switch by GDP Tuning, LLC. is a product that allows you to control various features of your vehicle through a digital interface. It comes with a GDP RGB Digital Switch, a Ford Fuel Temp Sensor Plug, a Flex Lume, a USB Cable, and a Digital Switch Harness. The switch can be used to control the high-idle feature on Ford vehicles, as well as the Shift-on-the-Fly (SOTF) function on all compatible vehicles. The product is designed for use with any 12V hot wire with ignition on.
Product Usage Instructions

Step 1: Before installing the product, make sure that the vehicle has been turned off and allowed to cool down. Wear eye protection when working on or under the vehicle.

Step 2: Route the ORANGE SOTF switch wire through the firewall carefully, away from hot surfaces or moving parts. Secure the wire to prevent contact with sharp surfaces to avoid damage.

Step 3: Connect the switch harness to the crankcase pressure sensor using the 3 wire plug. The ORANGE wire goes to the #3 hole of the connector which will line up with the DARK BLUE/GRAY on the vehicle side.

Step 4: To troubleshoot your switch, you will need a voltmeter. Set your switch to position 1 and turn key to the run position (engine off or on). Test the Switch on the fly wire (Orange Wire) and ensure that the voltage readings match within their specific levels.

Step 5: If the readings do not match, check your connections and pins to ensure they are not bent or broken.
Also, check for debris stopping the pins from being inserted completely. -

Step 1
Route the ORANGE SOTF switch wire through the firewall before connecting to
the crank case sensor. Be sure to route the wire carefully, away from hot
surfaces or moving parts. Secure wire to prevent contact with sharp surfaces
to avoid damage.
Step 2
Use the 3 wire plug to connect the switch harness to the crankcase pressure
sensor. The ORANGE wire goes to the #3 hole of the connector. This will line
up with the DARK BLUE/GRAY on the vehicle side.
Troubleshooting
To troubleshoot your switch, you will need a voltmeter.

Set your switch to position 1. -
Step 2
Turn key to the run position. (engine off or on) -
Step 3
Test the Switch on the fly wire (Orange Wire). These numbers may vary within their specific levels. (i.e. 4.0-4.9 in Position 1) The voltage you should be seeing is: -

If the readings do not match, please check your connections and pins to make sure they are not bent or broken. As well as, there is no debris stopping the pins from being inserted completely. -
