Battery Use and Maintenance

  • Incorrect insertion of the battery may cause an explosion risk. Use only the provided batteries.
  • While inserting the battery, ensure correct pole placement. Always follow the charging instructions provided here for optimal battery life.
  • For replacement batteries, visit www.ComfyGoMobility.com or contact us at support@ComfyGoMobility.com

A Few Ways to Keep Your Batteries Healthy:

  • Store your batteries at room temperature. Excessive heat is the primary factor in reducing battery life.
  • Remember, batteries deteriorate over time, regardless of usage.
  • Avoid completely discharging the batteries, as this can lead to performance deterioration.
  • Gradual performance decline can occur if the battery is left in a discharged state for extended periods.
