The Druck DPI610E Series is a handheld pressure calibrator that has been designed with the latest advances in pressure measurement technologies. It is the flagship calibrator in the Druck Expert product range and is built on the legacy of the much-loved DPI600 series. The DPI610E handheld pressure calibrator combines pressure generation, signal measurement, and loop power with improved pumpcapabilities and a powerful touch and button user interface. It features a 90+ hour battery life from a 2-hour charge and aninternal barometer with a barometer port for easy calibration. The DPI610E is an ideal solution for a range of test and calibration applications. It has self- contained pressure generation, pressure measurement, loop measurement, loop source, frequency measure and source, and temperature measure. It also has data logging and pass/fail analysis capabilities. The Druck DPI610E Series is compatible with 4Sight and HART, Fieldbus, and Profibus options. It has an IDOS feature that enables easy calibration and testing. It comes in two versions; the pneumatic version (-1 to 35 bar) and the hydraulic version (0 to 1000 bar).
Product Usage Instructions
To use the Druck DPI610E Series handheld pressure calibrator, follow these steps:
- Charge the unit for 2 hours before use.
- Turn on the device by pressing the power button.
- Select the desired pressure range using the touch screen or button interface.
- Connect the device to the system to be calibrated/tested using the appropriate cables.
- Generate pressure using the self-contained pressure generation feature of the DPI610E or a remote pressure sensor.
- Measure the pressure using the pressure measurement feature.
- Measure loop parameters (if required) using the loop measurement feature.
- Log data if required using the data logging capability.
- Perform pass/fail analysis on the data if required.
- Turn off the device when finished using it by pressing the power button.
