Place the sholder pads on the trolley headboard, choosing the desired shoulder spacing, and adjust the spica of the shoulder pad supports as much as possible. To do this, the first thing to do Is to raise It.We release the adjustment wheels on both sides and now we can move the footbar along the reformer structure. We place it at the height we want and tighten the adjustment wheels. We remove all the components of the tower and proceed to place it. We fit the tower that includes the pulleys to the reformer structure, fixing them with the anchoring pieces. We adjust the pulleys to the desired height with the adjustment wheel. We use the retractable rope system to easily adjust the desired length of the rope, as it retracts automatically. We simply pull it and leave it at the desired length. We pass the ends of the ropes through the pulleys and adjust the length by using the setscrews that allow us to regulate it. Here we can place the handles of our choice. Place the double carabiner at the end of the handle and attach it to the end of the rope.We place the springs to put the trapeze bar with the resistance and in the place we want.If we wish we can place the rest of accessories with their respective hooks and springs. We place the accessories such as the push bar and put the safety strap. If we wish we can place the rest of accessories with their respective hooks and springs. To place the Jump board, simply insert it in to the holes in the foot platform. We adjust the lower front wheels as much as possible to secure it.For a better flxatlon and security of the Jump board we raise the foot bar until it touches the stop.We place the foot strap on the inside of the reformer. We can place the convertible mat. And, the reformer is ready to use!
Maintenance
How to clean
After each use, the upholstery should be cleaned with water and a microfiber
cloth.
For stains that could not been cleaned with water, use a small measure of
liquid or powder detergent diluted in water. Be sure to dry thoroughly.
Wheels, guides, spring control rods and bearings should be cleaned and
lubricated periodically in order to ensure their proper functioning.
Use a silicone spray for lubrication.
Be careful with over-lubrication.
Never use wet lubricants or oil.
Spring replacement
Replace the springs every two years to ensure their correct tension and
safety.
Certain environments and applications can shorten the life of your springs and
you may need to change them more frequently.
Therefore, inspect them regularly at rest for gaps and kinks between the
coils.
If you notice any damage, discontinue use and replace them immediately.
Breakage of a spring during use can cause damage and injury.
Tip: During use, make sure that the springs do not recoil in an
uncontrolled way, this will damage the springs.
