Bottom Bracket Measurement Guide
BBS02B G340 Mid Drive Motor Kit
Step 1 Bottom Bracket Diameter
Cut along the red dotted lines & hold up the cutout against your bike’ s
bottom bracket to see if your bike has a standard 35MM diameter bottom
bracket.
Step 2 Bottom Bracket Shell Thickness
Using the same cutout from Step 1, use the green and yellow gauge to confirm
that your bike’s frame has bottom bracket that is 12MM or less in thickness.
When you hold up the circle in line with the diameter of your bike’s bottom
bracket, confirm that the thickness of your bottom bracket falls within the
green area of the gauge.
Step 3 Bottom Bracket Size/Width
Cut along the red dotted lines to cut out the bottom braket measuring tool.
Flip your bike over for easy access to measure the width of your bike’s bottom
bracket. Line up the blue line with the edge of your bike’s bottom braket (do
not measure any parts of the bottom bracket assembly).
Only measure the width of your bike’s actual frame at the bottom. Use the
measuring tool to determine the width of your bike s bottom bracket.

Note: Make sure to allow for 1/2 inch in front and on top to take the
battery on and off the mount
