Product Description

The Electric Knife Sharpener comes with a power cord, two sharpening slots for knives and scissors, and a switch to turn it on and off. Usage Instructions

Connect the mains adapter to a suitable power point and press the power switch.

SHARPENING

1. Put the knife in the left sharpening slot and pull it smoothly through the slot three to six times. Make sure to maintain the angle of the cutting edge. Do not press too hard.
2. Repeat with the right sharpening slot.
3. Use the left and right slots alternately to ensure uniform sharpening.

Sharpening scissors
The knife sharpener’s head can be turned anti-clockwise to sharpen scissors (turn clockwise to return it to original position).

1. Hold the knife sharpener with your right hand and hold the scissors horizontally with your left hand.
2. Pull the scissors towards you through the slot. Do not pull back and forth when sharpening.

Sharpening tips
When sharpening, rest the side of the blade against one of the angled surfaces.
