Product Information: Electric Deep Fryer
The Electric Deep Fryer by Beper is designed for home use and has a power rating of 850-950W with an input voltage of 220-240V~50Hz. The fryer has a non-stick interior coating and comes with a removable basket for easy cleaning. The fryer also has an adjustable thermostat to regulate the temperature and a temperature indicator light to notify when the desired temperature is reached. The fryer has a capacity of up to 2.5 liters of oil or molten fat.
Product Usage Instructions
- Before use, ensure that the fryer is placed on a stable, level surface and that the oil level is between the minimum and maximum indicators.
- Insert the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet and switch on. The power indicator light will turn on.
- Adjust the temperature using the temperature control knob to the desired temperature. The temperature indicator light will turn on, indicating that the fryer is heating up.
- Once the desired temperature is reached, proceed to add the food to the basket and lower it into the oil.
- Cook the food for the recommended time (refer to the table in the manual for cooking times).
- Once cooking is complete, turn off the temperature control knob and unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet.
- Wait for the oil to cool before removing it from the fryer for disposal.
- Clean the fryer after each use by wiping it down with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the fryer in water.
Please note that children and inexperienced individuals should not be allowed to use the fryer unsupervised. If the fryer requires technical assistance, please contact the seller or the manufacturer’s customer service for repair. Any unauthorized tampering with the fryer will automatically void the warranty.
Precautions
Read the following instructions carefully, since they give you useful safety
information about installation, use and maintenance and help you avoid mishaps
and possible accidents. Remove the packing and make sure that the appliance is
intact, with special attention to the supply cable.
The elements of the packing (plastic bags, polystyrene, etc) do not have to be
accessible to the children, in order to preserve them from danger sources. It
is recommended not to throw these packing material in the domestic waste, but
to deliver them to the appropriate station of collection or destruction
refusals, asking eventually information to the manager of the Sanitation
Department of your own municipality.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
Before connecting the appliance make sure that the mains voltage corresponds
to the data specified on the label.
The appliance can be damaged if the voltage is not correct.
If the plug does not suit the socket, let it be replaced with another suitable
plug by qualified personnel only, which shall also ensure that the section of
the socket cables is suitable for your appliance power absorption.
Generally, the use adaptors multiple plugs and/or extensions is not
recommended; should they be necessary, please use only simple or multiple
adaptors and extensions in compliance with the safety rules in force, making
sure that the capacity absorption limit marked on the simple adaptors and the
extensions and the maximum power limit marked on the multiple adaptor are not
exceeded.
Do not use the appliance if the cable or the plug shows any damages. Do not
use the appliance after a possible irregular working. In this case, switch it
off and do not break it open. Refer to an authorized Beper after-sale service
for repair and require original spare parts only. Failing to follow these
instructions may impair the safety of your appliance.
This appliance is to be destined to its special purpose only. Any other use is
to be considered as improper and thus dangerous. The manufacturer cannot be
responsible for any damages deriving from impro-per, wrong or incautious use.
This appliance is for household use only.
To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug or any parts of
the appliance into water or other fluids.
Do not use the appliance near explosives, highly flammable materials, gases or
burning flames.
Do not allow children, disabled people or every people without experience or
technical ability to use the appliance if they are not properly watched over.
Close supervision is necessary when any appliance used by or near children.
Security and use advice
This appliance has been manufactured for frying food, only for domestic and
household use, and does not be used for other purpose, cannot be modified or
badly manipulated.
Do not switch on the fryer if damaged; contact the manufacturer or the
assistance service authorized by the manufacturer.
Plug the fryer only to a wall socket making sure that is earthed. Before use,
make sure that the mains voltage corresponds to the data specified on the
rating label of the fryer.
Do not pull on the cord to unplug it from the socket.
The cord must not touch or be near hot parts of the fryer, heater source or
cutting angle.
Do not place the fryer near heater source or water.
Do not let the cord pending from the surface where the fryer is placed thus
that could be reached by children or avoid good use movement. Before use,
completely clean every parts of the fryer.
Make sure that they will be completely dry before filling with oil or fat.
Always respect the MIN and MAX level marked on the oil container. When using
it the fryer is hot, do not touch external parts of it.
Do not put the hands on the filter when the fryer is on, the oil steam can be
very hot.
When using it, some hot steam can come out from the fryer or when open the
lid, make sure not to burn yourself and keep hands and face away from the
steam.
Do not move the fryer when hot oil is inside to prevent from serious burns.
The fryer can be moved only when it is cooled.
Keep away from children.
The fryer can be used only when the oil tank is full of oil or molten fat.
Only use oils or fat recommended for fryer (read carefully indications on oil
bottle).
Oil and fat are flammable substances, unplug immediately the cord from the
socket in case of fire.
Unplug the fryer from the socket outlet for cleaning or if not used. Empty the
oil tank only when the fryer is cooled.
After use, set switch temperature OFF and unplug the fryer from the socket.
Let it cool down.

Instruction for use
When using the fryer for the first time, clean carefully with hot water and
liquid soap basket and container. The fryer body may be cleaned with a wet
cloth. Make sure that water will not enter into the control panel and that
there will be no residue on the bottom of the tank.
Dry carefully all the parts.
Place the fryer on a horizontal and stable plane surface.
Filling tank with oil or fat
If using oil, pour oil into the tank until the maximum level indicated on the
oil container wall. Do never exceed this limit, to avoid any risk of overflow
of oil or fat of the container. The oil level must be always between the two
marks on the oil container wall.
Do never mix 2 different types of oil or fat.
If using hard fat, cut it and make it melt into another container before pour
it carefully into the fryer container. Never attempt to melt fat into the
fryer container.
Pre-heating
Plug the cord into the socket, the operation indicator light turns on.
Select the desired temperature by using the appropriate knob and the reaching
temperature indicator light will turns on.
Once the set temperature is reached, the reaching temperature indicator light
turns off.
Frying
Put the food into the basket, making sure the basket handle is correctly
inserted on the basket.
Lower the basket into the oil slowly in order to prevent from hot oil splashes
or overflow.
The oil must always cover the food.
It is normal for a significant amount of steam to come out.
Remove the handle from the basket and close the lid.
When the food is cooked, it is possible to control through the window of the
lid, lift the lid and be aware of the very hot vapour that could escape; place
the handle on the basket. Lift the basket in order to drain food and fix the
basket on the appropriate support on the body fryer . If necessary, it is
possible to shake the basket carefully above the fryer container to drain the
fried food.
To carry on with frying, empty the basket and repeat the operations mentioned
above by taking care of time coo-king that will be different of the first one
because the oil is already hot. Always wait for the temperature indicator is
off (the oil is at desired temperature).
When cooking is over, switch off the fryer by turning the setting knob on OFF
position. Unplug the power cord from the socket.
Wait for the oil is completely cooled before moving or cleaning.
Frying
Do not overfill the basket, this will cause the oil temperature dropping and
make the food greasy.
The oil must always cover the food.
If necessary, remove ice from frozen food before frying; then lower slowly the
basket into boiled oil to avoid splashes.
Cut pieces of food of equal dimension in order to fry them correctly. The food
must be perfectly dry before low then into oil/fat to avoid splashes. Before
frying food that contains “water” (fish, meat, vegetables…) it is recommended
to put them into bread or flour, taking care to remove excess bread or flour
before immersing them in the oil / fat.
Consult the following table bearing in mind that cooking times and
temperatures are approximate, they must be adjusted according to the quantity
and personal taste.

Suggestions
Regularly change oil or fat. Do never add new oil/fat to oil/fat already used.
The oil/fat damages its properties when used for so long. Bread, for example,
may make the oil dirty.
Do not keep the oil of fat at high temperature for so long, this will make it
lose its properties. It is recommended to change completely oil frequently.
It is recommended not to keep oil into the fryer container for long periods.
Often clean the fryer with absorbing paper.
Care and cleaning
Before cleaning the fryer unplug the cord from the socket an wait until oil is
completely cooled to prevent from burns.
Empty the oil from the non-stick container ; remove residue with a sponge or
absorbing paper of kitchen. Pour some hot water and wash liquid into the
container and let work for 30 minutes ; wash the container with spatula used
for non-stick surfaces or a soft sponge. Empty the tank and rinse it carefully
with water.
Wash the basket with hot water and wash liquid. Wash the body and the lid with
a soft and wet cloth.
Well dry all the parts.
Do not use abrasive sponge in order to protect the fryer container.
Do never immerge the fryer into water or put it under water flow.

GUARANTEE CERTIFICATE
This appliance has been checked in the factory. From the date of original
purchase a 24 month guarantee applies to material and production defects. The
purchase receipt and the guarantee certificate must be submitted together in
case of claim to guarantee.
The guarantee is valid only with a guaranty certificate and proof of purchase
(fiscal receipt) indicating the date of purchase and the model of the
appliance
For any technical assistance, please contact directly the seller or our head
office in order to preserve the appliance’s efficiency and NOT TO void the
guarantee. Any intervention on this appliance by non-authorized persons will
automatically void the guarantee.
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
If the appliance shows defects as a result of faulty material and/or
production during the period of guarantee, we guarantee repair free of charge
on condition that:
- The appliance has been used properly and for the purpose for which it has been intended.
- The appliance has not been tampered with, otherwise it is not maintainable.
- The purchase receipt shall be presented.
- The appliance showing a fair wear and tear shall not be covered by this guarantee.
Therefore, any part that could be accidentally broken or having visible signs
of use in consumable products (such as lamps, batteries, heating elements…)
the aesthetic parts are excluded from the guarantee, and any defect whatsoever
resulting from non-respect of the rules for use, negligence in usage and/or
maintenance of the appliance, carelessness, wrong or improper installation,
damage during transport and any other damage not attributable the supplier.
For every defect that could not be repaired within the guarantee period, the
appliance will be replaced free of charge.
In any case, if the part to be replaced for defect, breakage or malfunction is
an accessory and/or a detachable part of the product, Beper reserves the right
to replace only the very part in question and not the entire product
