Product Information: X AIR 12
The X AIR 12 is a hutch designed for small animals. It has a front panel, a back panel, a left panel, a right panel, a bottom floor, an eaves, a curtain, and a roof. The product also includes necessary hardware and tools for assembly.
Product Usage Instructions
- Retain instruction manual for future reference.
- Use a Phillips screwdriver to firmly secure all bolts, screws, and knobs before use.
- Reconfirm that all bolts, screws, and knobs are secure every 90 days.
- During initial assembly, fasten screws loosely. Do not fully tighten screws until the item is completely assembled.
- Do not use or store this item in the proximity of open flame or flammable/combustible chemicals.
- Be aware that some parts are heavy and have sharp edges. Use caution when handling them.
- Be aware that moving parts can injure, crush, and cut. Use caution when assembling and using the product.
- If any parts are missing, broken, damaged, or worn, stop using this product until repairs are made and/or factory replacement parts are installed.
- Do not use this item in a way inconsistent with the manufacturer’s instructions as this could void the product warranty.
- Follow the assembly instructions provided in the manual carefully. The product requires approximately 30 minutes to assemble and should be assembled by two persons.
- Screw the foot pad to each leg of the product by using 8xP3 screws provided.
Assembly Instructions
- Attach the curtain part to the front panel part by using 2xP3 screws.
- Attach the eaves part above the door by using 2xP1 screws.
- Attach the back panel part to the side panel parts by using 4xP2 screws.
- Attach the front panel part to the hutch by using 4xP2 screws.
- Put the bottom floor parts inside the hutch as shown in the pictures.
- Attach the roof panel part to the hutch by using 4xP4 screws.
- Screw the roof hinge to connect the roof and side panel by using 4xP4 screws each side.

PRODUCT ASSEMBLY

Attach the curtain part H to front panel part A by 2xP3 screws.

Attach the Eaves part G above the door by 2xP1 screws.

Attach the back panel part B to side panel part C & D by 4xP2 screws.

Attach the front panel part A to the hutch by 4xP2 screws.

Put the bottom floor part E & F inside the hutch as show on the pictures.

Attach the roof panel part I to the hutch by 4xP4 screws.

Screw the roof hinge P5 to connect the roof and side panel by 4xP4 each side.

Attach the foot pad 4XP6 to each legs by 8xP3 screws.
