Rugged Forklift Mount (MD-501)

• Adapts to columns of any shape, 1-4 inches (25.4-101.6 mm)
• Can be mounted horizontally or vertically
• Comes with clamp assembly, clamp bolts of various sizes, Phillips M4 flat head screws, 1/4 flat washers, 1/4-20 locknuts, VESA plate, nut plate, and a 3/16 hex key
• Maximum torque for adjustments is 50 in lbs.

Product Usage Instructions

1. Begin by assembling the mount using the provided components. The mount assembly includes the clamp block (B), clamp bolts of various sizes (D, E), Phillips M4 flat head screws (F), 1/4 flat washers (G), and 1/4-20 locknuts (H).
2. The mount can be used to attach devices of various sizes and shapes, such as the VESA plate (I) or other device/bracket/etc as per requirement.
3. Using the provided hex key (K), move the arm/head into position and torque adjustment pins up to a maximum of 50 in lbs.
4. Insert the nut plate (J) around the collar on the head assembly.
5. Place the VESA Plate (I) or other device/bracket/etc. onto the mount head.
6. Thread the M4 flat head screws (F) into the nut plate using a #2 Phillips screwdriver.
7. Thread two additional screws into the device and hang it onto the mount head.
8. Finally, thread the other two screws through the mount head and into the device to secure it in place.

Note: For ease of installation, hex head screws with washers are suggested. Also, the mount can be adjusted both horizontally and vertically as per requirement.

• G 1/4” flat washer (4)
• H 1/4 20 locknut (4)

• J Nut Plate
• K 3/16” Hex Key

Installation

• Note Adapts to columns of any shape, 1” 4” (25.4 101.6 mm).
• Note Clamp mounts in horizontal or vertical orientation.

1. Select clamp bolt ( C,D,E ) insert into slots on mount (4x).
2. Position clamp ( B ) against column and into clamp bolts.
3. Push clamp bolts snug against column.
4. Assemble washers ( G ) (4x).
5. Thread locknuts ( H )(4x) using a 7/16” wrench torque, no more than 30 in lbs.

Adjustments

Note Adjustments apply to both clamp and head.

1. To rotate arm/head squeeze buttons on both sides.
2. Rotate arm position release buttons confirm lock.
3. To position arm/head loosen adjustment pin using provided 3/16” hex key ( K.
4. Move arm/head into position.
5. Using hex key ( K ), torque adjustment pins up to 50 in.

Attachments

VESA Mount

1. Insert nut plate ( J ) around collar on head assembly.
2. Place VESA Plate ( I ) (or other device/bracket/.
3. Using a #2 phillips screwdriver, thread M4 flat head screws ( F ) (4x) into nut plate.

Direct mount
Note Hex head screws with washer are suggested for the easiest installation.

1. Thread two screws (not provided) into device.
2. Hang the device onto mount head.
3. Thread other two screws through mount head and into the device as shown.
