Product Information
The RAUSPEED micro ducts are designed for the installation of fiber optic cables with longitudinal inner grooving. They are suitable for blowing and pulling in fiber optic cables or blown fibers and are marked with two coextruded, opposing color stripes for easy identification during installation. The micro ducts have a translucent color to indicate occupancy and are made of thin-walled, high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) material. The minimum bending radius is 20 x D, and the micro ducts should not be directly buried. The product color is translucent, and the micro ducts are available in various sizes according to customer requirements.
Product Usage Instructions
The RAUSPEED micro ducts are suitable for pulling and blowing into cable ducts according to the installation instructions. Before installation, ensure that the cable duct is clean and free of any debris or obstructions. The minimum bending radius of the micro ducts should be maintained during installation, and direct burial of the micro ducts should be avoided.
Identification
The RAUSPEED micro ducts are clearly marked with two coextruded, opposing
color stripes for easy identification during subsequent installations. Each
micro duct can be clearly allocated to a building during subsequent
installations. The identification of micro ducts made from PE-HD is carried
out using permanent, abrasion-resistant inkjet printing with a 1 m spacing
with the following information: DIN0888, -40 to +60, -20 to +60, -20 to +50.
Ordering Information
The RAUSPEED micro ducts are available in several sizes according to customer requirements. The delivery lengths are specified in the article specification or according to customer requirements. The drum properties include diameter [mm] x width [mm] x core [mm] / empty weight [kg].RAUSPEED micro ducts for the installation of fiber optic cables with longitudinal inner grooving for high blow-in lengths.
