VIVO V2202 5G Smartphone Owner's Manual - Sim TrayTips: Insert/remove your SIM card using the provided eject tool. To avoid damaging the device, do NOT remove the back cover. This phone supports standard nano SIM I micro SD cards. If necessary, please go to your local operator shop for a standard nano SIM card.

  • It is recommended to charge the device for at least 30 minutes before turning it on for the first time.
  • Optimum operating temperature is O”C to 35°C and optimum storage temperature is -20″C to 45°C . Extreme heat or cold may damage your device or accessories.
  • Power button: When the phone is off, press and hold the Power button to turn it on. Press and hold the button when the phone is on to turn the phone off or restart it.
  • In case of any abnormal phenomenon such as system crash during use, force restart the mobile phone as follows (the method may be different for different models): (1) Long press the Power” key for more than 12 seconds; or (2) Long press both the ”Volume (down button and the Power” key for more than 10 seconds.
  • Do not use or store your mobile phone in dusty or dirty places. If you have any questions when using the device, please consult your network carrier or contact the vivo after-sales support.

Accessories and Software Information

In some countries or regions, some accessories, such as headset, are optional and may not be included in the standard package of the mobile phone. If necessary, they can be purchased from authorized suppliers (if any). The recommended accessories are as follows:
