HOW TO USE

BEFORE USE

  • Remove the shipping package, face, etc, and leave doors open. Ventilate fora while.
  • The unit is cleaned before shipment. However, clean the compartment interior after delivery.
  • Please insert the power supply plug into the wall outlet,single-phase to correct the voltage.
  • Allow the unit to operate for about 1 hour to cool the compartment before placing items in the cooler. clear

WAIT 5 MINUTES OR MORE BEFORE RE-STARTING
Restarting the unit immediately after it has been turned off may cause fuses to blow and activate the circuit-breaker, the compressor may be overloaded, and/or other damage may occur.

TEMPERATURE ADJUSTMENT

Key operation
User parameter setting
In the status of temperature measuring and controlling, press Set key for three seconds to enter user parameter setting state, it displays menu St in the digital tube. At this time, press Set key to display the corresponding parameter value, and press or to adjust the set temperature, and then press Set key to return to menu item St.

Enter to the administrator menu setting
In the state of user menu setting, when it displays menu item St in the digital tube, press to switch to the menu item Po, press Set key to display 00, and press and to adjust it to 55, then press Set key again to return to menu item Po. At this time, press key to display rd, indicating that it has entered to the administrator parameter setting status.
If it doesn’t adjust to 55, press Set key to return to menu time Po, then press the key , it will exit from user parameter setting status and return to the temperature measuring and control status.

Administrator parameter setting
After enter to the administrator parameter setting, press and to select menu items (St, Po, rd……);
After select the item, press Set key to enter to the current parameter setting, press and to adjust parameters, and then press Set key to return to the menu item.

Exit from parameter setting
Under the status of parameter setting, press key or no key operation within 30s, or if Po is not set as 55, press key when it displays menu item Po (i.e. password input error), it will save the current parameter value and exit from parameter setting.

Manual defrost
In the status of temperature measuring and controlling, Press for three seconds to force the open or close of defrost( d1 is not 0, i.e. defrost is not forbidden).

Parameter recovery
In the status of temperature measuring and controlling, press key for 10S,display H0 in the digital tube, it will execute one key recovery operation. It could continue to select the parameter recovery items by pressing key ,and the selection range is H0~H7,press key to execute the parameter recovery and then exit,if there is no parameter recovery operation within 30S,it will automatically exit from the mode without recovery of parameters.
Note : During the operation of one key recovery, it needs a stable power supply. If the power supply is not stable, please electrify the controller again then execute one key recovery.

Control output

Refrigeration/heating:
Normal status:
HC=0, refrigeration mode:
When the cabinet temperature is higher than the set temperature+ hysteresis temperature, and finish the control load start delay time, the refrigeration will start; When the cabinet temperature is lower than the set temperature, the refrigeration will close.

HC=1, heating mode:
When the cabinet temperature is lower than the set temperature, and finish the control load start delay time, the heating will start: When the cabinet temperature is higher than the set temperature + hysteresis temperature, the heating will close.
Note: For the initial use of controller, the control output start delay time is calculated as 3s, and in the future, it is calculated as C2(Control load start delay) In heating model, it needs to set d1 to 0 (Defrost forbidden)

Sensor failure:
A2=0, the function of “Run/stop in a proportional time” is canceled, the control output closes;
A2≠0, the function of “Run/stop in a proportional time” opens, the control output will run and stop periodically according to the set time after the sensor fails.

Defrost:
If the defrost cycle is not 0, the controller will start defrost when it finishes defrost cycle or it can be manually started. Defrost stops when finish defrost time or it could be manually stopped.

Display during defrost:

  • d3=0: Display real time cabinet temperature
  • d3=1: Display dF during defrost
  • d3=2: Display defrost start temperature during defrost

Wiring diagram

Danger:
Strictly distinguish the power wire, relay output, sensor down-lead and data line, and the relay could not be overloaded.
Prohibit connecting the wire terminals without electricity cut-off.
Warning:
Prohibit using this unit under the environment of over damp, high temp., strong electromagnetism interference or strong corrosion.
Notice:

  • The power supply should conform to the voltage value indicated in the instruction, and make sure a steady power supply.
  • To avoid the possible interference, the sensor down-lead/data line and power wire should be kept in a proper distance.

DRAIN TRAY

  • Defrosting is performed automatically and drain water Is collected In the draln tray.
  • Water in the drain tray is evaporated automatically. In humid environments, there will be a large amount of water in the drain tray, so please throw away drain water once a day.

EFFICIENT USE

  • To prevent cold air from escaping, open and close the door quickly and keep the door opened for as short a time as possible.
  • Please install the unit in a place which is well-ventilated.

SHELF HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

  • The shelf height can be adjusted.
  • Arrange the shelves in accordance with the dimensions of the items to be placed in the cooler.

PLACING ITEMS IN THE SHOWCASE
This showcase employs a forced circulation of cold air system. If circulation of cold air is obstructed, the items will not be adequately refrigerated. Pay attention to the following points:

  • Do not let items obstruct the cold air inlet and suction outlet.
  • Place items so that they do not protrude from the shelves. The gap between the shelves and the door is used for circulation of cold air.
  • Place items evenly on all shelves.

CLIMATE CLASS

  • 32°C+2°C on appliances of climatic class 0,1,2,3,4.6 or 8
  • 43°C+2°C on appliances of climatic class 5 or 7

INSTRUCTION MANUAL CLEANING

WARNING
TO prevent any electrical shock hazards or injury by rotating circulation fan, always disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet before cleaning.

EXTERIOR AND COOLER COMPARTMENT
Wipe witha soft, dry cloth. If very soiled, wipe witha cloth that has been moistened with a detergent. Then wipe with a cloth that has been dipped in water.

WARNING:
Do not splash water directly onto the cooler and do not wash with water. Short circuit and electrical shock could result.

  • Clean the cooler regularly to keep it clean at all times.
  • Never use polishing powder, soap powder, benzine oil or hot water as these will damage the painting and plastic components.

CHECKS

  • To ensure the safety, perform the following checks after cleaning Ols the power cord plug firmly inserfed into a dedicated wall Outlef? Confirm that the plug is not abnormally hot.
  • Check the power cord for cracks and damage. Should the slightest irregularity be observed, contact the dealer from whom you purchased this unit or our customer’s service.

IN CASE OF THE FOLLOWING

  1. POWER FAILURE
Keep opening and closing of the door to a minimum. Avoid placing new items in the cooler as this will raise the temperature inside the compartment.

  2. WHEN NOT USED FOR A LONG PERIOD
Remove all items from the compartment and disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet. Clean the compartment interior and wipe away all water. To prevent mold formation and bad smell, leave the door open to dry the compartment completely.

  3. TRANSPORTATION
Disconnect the power cord plug from the wall outlet. When moving the cooler, make sure that the feef do not damage the power cord. Do not let the feet hit against floor steps, thresholds, etc.

  4. TEMPORARY STORAGE
Affix a piece of wood, etc. Between the door and main unit fo prevent complete closing of the door. Make sure not to store the unused cooler af a location where children play. Should a child enter the compartment and the door is closed, the child may not be able to open the door from the inside.

BEFORE REQUESTING SERVICE
