FORMATION OF SCALE
Water containing more calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), salts and other minerals
is called “hard water”. After the water is heated and boiled, the water
contains calcium sulfate (CaSO4) which is slightly soluble in water, due to
the evaporation of water and precipitates. The originally dissolved calcium
bicarbonate (Ca(HCO3)2) and magnesium bicarbonate (Mg(HCO3)2) are decomposed
in boiling water, and releasing carbon dioxide (CO2), then generating
insoluble calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and magnesium hydroxide (Mg(OH)2), then
precipitated. Sometimes MgCO3 is also generated, which causes scale to form

WORKING PRINCIPLE
Electronic descaling instrument is a compact, advanced computerized system
that uses unique integrated circuits and signal processing technology,
installed on the water inlet pipe of a house or building. It uses a unique and
complex modulation frequency waveform to generate oscillating pulses, which
transmits the pulsed oscillation wave band to the coil-wound pipe. The Pulse
Oscillating Scale Inhibitor System changes the physical properties of the
scale crystals, loosening the cohesion of the scale particles and causing them
to lose their cohesive properties.
DESCALING METHOD
The control box provides pulse oscillation signal to the coil wound on the
pipe, and converted into a pulse wave band, and then transmitted to the coil
wound on the pipe, and the coil sensed pulse oscillation. Sweep the water flow
with a pre-designed special frequency to make the pipe water molecules to
generate resonance. These tiny water molecules can penetrate, surround,
dissolve, and remove the old scale in the system to form soft stone crystals.
As there are no electric charge on the surface of crystals, so scale is no
longer adsorbed on the pipe wall or equipment to achieve the purpose of
descaling and anti-scaling.

INSTALLATION METHOD
- In order to obtain the best water treatment effect, it is best to install the box near the water meter or at the main water supply pipe.
- Fix the machine box on the water pipe with cable ties, or fix it on the wall near the water pipe (paste or screw installation).
- The pulsed copper tape winding can be placed on the left, right or under the electronic equipment. Leave a safety distance of at least ½” (1 cm) between the two straps.
- First insert the connector into the upper right corner of the device, then connect the power supply with the power outlet.
- The device starts to operate, the power indicator (green) lights up, and the device starts to work.
