GENERAL WARNINGS
All products are protected with suitable transport packaging. The material must be stored in dry environments and protected against weathering. This instruction manual provides technical information for installingthe kit. As for the other issues related to kit installation (e.g. safety in the work site, environment protection, injury prevention), it is necessary to comply with the provisions specified in the regulations in force and principles of good practice. Improper installation or assembly of the appliance and/or components, accessories, kit and devices can cause unexpected problems to people, animals and objects. Read the instructions provided with the product carefully to ensure a proper installation. Installation and maintenance must be performed in compliance with the regulations in force, according to the manufacturer’s instructions and by authorised professionally qualified staff, intending staff with specific technical skills in the plant sector, as envisioned by the Law
WARNING
This kit is designed to be mounted on several models of Immergas boilers;
choose the system return pipe (5) depending on your boiler model among those
available in the kit, the pipes are marked with a sticker indicating the
boiler model. The following figure shows one of the possible assembling
solutions.

INSTALLATION
- Remove voltage from the appliance by disconnecting the switch upstream from the boiler.
- Remove the casing, the lower protection grid and proceed with emptying the heating circuit (see boiler instruction booklet) making sure that the filling cock is closed.
- Disassemble the wall fitting of the system flow pipe and in its place install the cock (6). If necessary, shorten the flow pipe present in the boiler (9) according to your needs.
- Disassemble the fitting (7) and the system return pipe keeping aside the fitting (7).
- Install the cock with filter (3) on the boiler interposing its flat gasket (4).
- Install the system return pipe (5) supplied with the kit interposing the flat gasket (4) between the pipe and the cock, then tighten its nut. If necessary, shorten the system return pipe (5) according to your needs.
- Connect the system return pipe (5) to the heating circuit with its fitting (7) previously removed.
- PLEASE NOTE: Shape the lower grid with a bolt cutter to access the shut-off cock. Attention: perform this operation with the utmost care and only when it is necessary.
- Remount the boiler casing and protection grid, restore the proper pressure of the heating circuit and re-apply voltage to the boiler to bring it back to its normal working conditions.
CLEANING AND INSPECTION OF FILTER.
To clean the filter (2), remove the cap (1) on the cock (3) after having closed both cocks (3 and 6) and having emptied the water contained in the boiler (see boiler instruction booklet).
