Are you tired of running low on battery without an electrical outlet in sight? Douxe has got you with its 10000mAh Power Bank. Charge your mobile device anywhere and anytime with this high capacity portable Power Bank that uses Li- polymer battery, charge and discharge chip for a safe, efficient, and compatible user experience. It is a full option device that supports iPhones, iPads, tablets, smartphones and other USB powered devices. It automatically detects your device to deliver fastest possible charging.

Make sure to keep this user manual. Read the manual carefully before using your Douxe Power Bank!
Be aware of the risks and consequences resulting from misuse of the Power Bank. Misuse of the Power Bank can result in personal injury, or destruction of the device and of the installations.
Use the Power Bank only for purposes described in this user manual.
If the Power Bank malfunctions, is dropped or (appears to be) damaged in any manner, do NOT use it and contact Customer Service. (info@douxe.nl)
The Power Bank is designed and intended for private, non-commercial use only.
Do not put objects in the slots on the exterior of the device, by doing this you can hit parts that are carrying live voltage. This can cause a fire or an electric shock.
This device should NOT be used by persons (including children) with physical, sensory, or mental disabilities, or persons (including children) with lack of experience with and knowledge of the device, unless they are supervised or have been given instruction concerning the use by a person responsible for their safety.
Keep the Power Bank away from children when using and storing.
Do NOT reconstruct, repair, or disassemble the Power Bank. This can damage the device. For safety reasons, these parts may only be replaced by authorized service personnel. In order to prevent hazards, always send the Power Bank to the service centre for repairs.
Make sure your outlet supplies the correct power voltage to avoid damage to the Power Bank.
Always check the device for signs of damage before using the Power Bank. Do NOT operate the Power Bank if the device is damaged. A damaged device must be repaired by a qualified person in order to avoid damages and personal injuries.
Do NOT use the Power Bank in or near a bath, shower, swimming pool, or over a basin filled with water.
Make sure to prevent any contact with water. Do NOT submerge the Power Bank in water. If water does get inside the casing, stop usage immediately and contact our customer service.
Do NOT operate the device with damp or wet hands.
Place the Power Bank in such a way that the cables connected to it cannot be damaged.
Keep the Power Bank away from moisture, heat and in or close to areas where the surrounding temperature is relatively hot (e.g., stoves or other sources of heat).
Never put blankets or cushions on top of or against the Power Bank. This poses a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury

Receiving Your Shipment

When receiving your shipment, make sure that the contents are consistent with the packing list. Notify your distributor of any missing items. If the equipment appears to be damaged, file a claim immediately with the carrier and notify your distributor at once, giving a detailed description of any damage. Save the damaged packing container to substantiate your claim.

Operating Instructions

To Charge Power Bank

Connect the included Type-C USB cable to an AC wall adapter or USB port on a computer.
Plug the smaller Type-C USB connecter into the Power Bank’s power-input port.
During charge, the LEDs will flash to indicate the charging status.
When the power bank is fully charged, the LEDs will be permanently on.

IMPORTANT! To maximize battery life span, fully charge power bank before first use.
To Charge Mobile Phone

Note: It is recommended to use your phone or USB device’s original USB charging cable.

Plug the USB cable into the power-output port on the power bank.
Connect the other end of the charging cable into your device.
Charging should commence automatically.
Supports micro USB cable and C to C cable to charge diﬀerent devices.
When your phone or device is fully charged, the power bank will automatically turn itself oﬀ to prevent overcharging.

To Check Remaining Capacity

Press power button and the LEDs will light to show remaining capacity.
The LEDs will turn oﬀ automatically after about 35 seconds.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Clean the Power Bank with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use detergents and make sure that the Power Bank does not get wet.

Storage

Store the Power Bank in a clean and dry place. Do not store the device in extremely high or extremely low temperatures.

Disposal – Recycle

Contribute to a cleaner living environment! Do not dispose of the Power Bank with the household waste. For proper recycling, please contact your local authority or your household waste disposal service for further details on your nearest designated collection point.

Service and Warranty

Douxe provides a 1-year warranty on its products. To get service during the warranty period, the product needs to be returned with a proof of purchase. Product defects must be reported within 1 years from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: damages caused by misuse or incorrect repair; parts subject to wear; defects that the customer was aware of at the time of purchase; damages or defects caused by customer neglect; damages or defects caused by third parties.
