General
This weight sledge is designed for athletic training, allowing you to safely perform push and/or pull workouts with weight plates of different diameters. It can also be used with a battle rope and/or shoulder harness.

Warnings
Please note:
- Do not overload or stand on the weight sledge.
- Be aware that sharp edges could damage the surface.
- The sledge is best stored in a closed room at a temperature of no less than 15°C and humidity of no more than 65%.
- The equipment must only be used for its intended purpose. Modifications/misuse of any kind will compromise safety and render the warranty void.

- 4 runners
- 16 M8 lock nuts
- 2 M8 nuts
- 2 M8×70 hex-head screws
- 2 vertical handlebars
- 1 horizontal handlebar
- 1 weight stack pin
- 1 weight plate adapter
Assembly step 1
Attach the runners ② to the underside of the frame ① by screwing them to the relevant attachment points, using the M8 lock nuts ③ .
Assembly step 2
Then attach the weight stack pin ⑧ to the sledge’s centre strut using the hex- head screws ⑤ and the M8 nuts ④.
Assembly step 3
Insert the vertical handlebars ⑥ into the round receptacles and secure them with the locking pins. Then attach the horizontal handlebar ⑦ by sliding its holders over the vertical handlebars and secure with the locking pins. The vertical handlebars can be conveniently changed from the front to the back of the sledge (and vice versa), allowing you to alter your workout direction quickly and easily, even when the sledge is fully loaded.
Assembly step 4
Before use, make sure that the locking pins are engaged and all screws are fully tightened.
Maintenance and care
Regular inspection:
- Perform a visual inspection regularly.
- Tighten the screw connections routinely.
- Inspect the equipment for any damage and replace worn parts.
- Due to continuous quality control of our products, technical changes may occur which could lead to minor alterations to the instructions.
