Stick caps in uprights (bottom ends). Open caps by boring them through upright’s borings with 1.5 mm drill. Then fix 4 plug pins with a hammer/mallet. -
Fixing of uprights
Set uprights into the ground sockets with hooks facing to the field’s mid.
Assembly of the net
The net is not part of the delivery. The following pictures only describe further assembly steps. Different net executions are available.
-
Fixing of tensioning rope at uprights
At first pull tensioning rope over the grooves in the caps of both uprights and fix it in the upper composing sticks. -
Improvement of the net tension
In case of less tension remove rope at upright 1 (upright with 2 composing sticks). Unclip loop at the upper composing stick and clip it again in the lower composing stick.
For even more tension unclip rope again. Then turn upper composing stick upwards, pull the rope around both composing sticks and clip it either in the upper or lower stick. -
Fixing of tensioning cords
If there are additional cords to adjust the net fix them in the hooks facing to the field’s mid. If need be pull and fix them around the uprights.
Instructions to concrete ground sockets
The foundation drawings are only for illustrative purposes. The necessary construction and the installation of the foundations must be individually depending on the local conditions and the planned ground structures executed by a specialized company.
Note:
To enable a drain off of possible water we recommend to stick a tube below the
holes of the ground sockets. Do not apply an acceleration mixture or
antifreeze as these adhesives may cause damages of the sockets. After setting
of concrete insert uprights in ground sockets.
Sketch: Example for the installation of ground sockets/uprights
The sketch indicates standard field dimensions and net execution, distance
between uprights 6.18 m (distance between axes). Dimensions have to be
checked and adapted depending on the local situation.
