The Brake
- When braking during driving, generally brake first, then brake, and then front brake. For emergency braking, the front and rear brakes must be used at the same time. Using them alone will reduce the braking effect. In addition, it is recommended not to continue using the brakes, as this will cause the brakes to overheat and reduce the braking effect.
- This electric bicycles has brake automatic power-off device. When he brake is used, the controller automatically cuts off the power (but please note: when the brake lever returns to its original position, it is still energized). In case of an emergency out of control, please turn off the power switch immediately after braking.
- When driving on wet weather, rainy weather or soft road, the braking distance will be reduced.
Therefore, for your safety:
- Be careful when braking, accelerating or turning.
- Drive at a slower speed and leave enough braking distance.
- Try to keep the electric bicycles upright.
- Pay more attention when passing smooth surfaces, such as railroad tracks, iron plates, hole covers, painted routes, etc.
Warning
- The charger light is red when charging and turns green when charging is complete.
- Please do not approach flammable and explosive materials when charging. When using the charger, pay attention to the protection of the plug to avoid damage to the plug due to strong pulling and damage to the input and output lines. At the same time, pay attention to moisture-proof and waterproof measures.
- It is forbidden to use the charger in an environment that is unstable, excessive smoking, dust, humidity, and direct sunlight; do not connect the charger when the voltage is unstable or lightning strikes.
- When the charger is working, please keep good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions.
- Do not allow any liquid or metal objects to enter the charger, beware of impact.
- There is high voltage in the charger, non-professionals should not open it. Please do not replace the plug and wire of the charger by yourself to avoid safety accidents.
About the battery

- The special charger configured or designated by our company must be used, otherwise it will damage the battery and other related electrical appliances and even cause accidents. All consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the parties themselves.
- Excessive discharge will affect the service life of the battery. Please charge the battery in time. If the battery is not used for a long time, please charge the battery once every two months for 1-2 hours each time (depending on the actual power ).
- Be careful not to drop, impact and squeeze the battery pack to avoid danger.
- The battery is not allowed to be stored or used in the hot sun or in a high temperature ring above 60°C. Please charge it in an environment of 0-40°C. Please do not approach flammable and explosive materials when charging.
- Pay attention to waterproofing (the charging stand should be plugged after the rubber plug of the charging stand is fully charged), and water is strictly prohibited from the charging port of the battery.
Maintenance
Proper maintenance is critical to the performance and safe operation of the e-bike. Always inspect the e-bike and conduct necessary maintenance before each use of the e-bike. Failure to conduct maintenance on the e-bike may result in a malfunction of a critical part or serious injury or death.
Basic Maintenance
The following procedures will help you maintain your e-bike for years of enjoyable riding
- For painted frames, dust the surface and remove any loose dirt with a dry cloth. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth soaked in a mild detergent mixture.
- Clear any debris between the wheels and frame
- Store your e-bike indoors when not in use. Prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and elements may damage the components.
- Riding on the beach or in coastal areas exposes your e-bike to salt which is very corrosive. Wash your e-bike frequently.
- If paint has become scratched or chipped to the metal, use touch up paint to prevent rust. Clear nail polish can also be used as a preventative measure.
- Check that the wheels are securely fastened to the e-bike and axle nuts are tight.
