SM CARD REQUIREMENTS
For the device to work properly, the installed SIM card must meet the following requirements:
- Need install a card in the nanism standard in the device.
- The card must be registered in accordance with the instructions of the mobile network operator.
- The card must be active. To ensure that the card is active, insert it into your mobile phone and make an outgoing test call.
- In the case of top-up cards (prepaid cards), there must be funds on the card account.
- The card cannot be blocked with the PIN code [to check whether the card has the PIN code activated, you need to put it in the mobile phone and check whether the PIN code is needed when turning on the phone, The PIN code blockade can be turned off in the phone settings or by contacting the operator.

NANOSIM CARD INSTALLATION
- Make sure the smartwatch is tumed off before inserting the nanoSIM card.
- Reprove the plastic cover of the nanoSIM port by gently levering it in the place of a specially profiled cut located at the bottom of the hole for the nanoSIM slot. For this purpose, you can use a plastic shovel attached to the device.
- Place the nanoSIM card on the tray as shown in the graphic above, with the chip facing up.
- After inserting the nanoSIM card, put the tray back into the watch, Paying attention to its correct orientation.
We recommend installing a SIM card vixen the smartwatch is turned off. After installing the SIM card on the switched on device, it must be restarted. Otherwise, the SIM card will not be detected.
CHARGING THE DEVICE
- The smartwatch is charged using the magnetic cable included in the kit.
- Place the magnetic end of the charging cable so that it is attracted to the charging port by the magnets installed in the housing of the device.
- Then connect the other end of the cable to a USB port on your computer or USB power adapter.
If the connection is correct, you will see a charging animation on the watch
screen,
If you don’t see the animation, check if your watch is properly connected. If

to show up.
Before using the device for the first time, it is recommended to charge it for
about 2 hours.
The charging voltage should not exceed SV.
The recommended charging current is a maximum of 1A.
FIRST START
- If the nanoSIM card is properly inserted in the watch and meets all the conditions described above, turn on the device by pressing and holding the function button (1) for about 5 seconds.
- After turning on the watch, the main screen with time and date will be displayed. By sliding your finger down on the main screen or menu, you will see the icons shown in the graphic above: WiFi signal, GSM range, Internet connection, battery status (The most accurate battery status is displayed in the app} and quick menu (brightness, volume, settings).
- After starting, wait until the watch catches the GSM range and connects to the Internet. These are the conditions necessary for further configuration of the device. If the above icons do not appear after a minute, check that the SIM card meets all the conditions. described earlier and that the watch is in a place with network access. You should also try to turn the watch off and on again (Settings>Turn off). If the watch has GSM coverage, but there is no internet, it may mean incorrect APN configuration. Configuration can be done using special SMS codes, described in the further part of the manual – TROUBLESHOOTING.
- Once the device is connected to the Internet, proceed to the next step, ie. installing the SeTracker2 application on the parent/guardian’s phone. The operation of the smartwatch is described in the further part of the manual. To use the full capabilities of the device, you must register and configure the smartwatch using the SeTracker2 application.

- Scan the QR code above to download and install the SeTracker2 APPS ON your parent Guardian’s phone.
- You can also install apps by searching Play Store or AppStore: “SeTracker2″
The application is compatible with devices operating on the Android and iOS
platforms. The application is necessary to use the functions of the Manta
Kevin children’s smartwatch.
When you start the application for the first time, you must. grant the
required consents and permissions. Otherwise, the application will not work
properly.

After launching the SeTracke2 application, the login screen will be displayed. To register, click Sing Up. You can also log in to the account created earlier.

In the first field of the registration window, enter the e-mail address that will be used as a login to the application.

Then enter the verification code from the image on the right.

In the last field, enter the password that, together with the e-mail address, will be used to log in to the application.
Note: the password can be 8-16 characters long. Only numbers and letters may be used.
Polish characters (e.g. a e e t) and special characters (e.g. ! ? * # /) are not allowed! -
Then select the consents, leave the area: Europe and Africa and click Sing Up.

On the next screen, scan the QR code using the button on the sticker on the back of the watch (REG CODE) or in the watch menu.

Then enter the name of the device (e.g. child’s name), it will be displayed as the name of the device associated with your account.

The next step is to choose a relationship with the watch user.

After completing all the data, click OK and get full functionality of the device and the SeTracker2 application. Note: Once you assign a watch, it becomes linked to your account. This account becomes the administrator of the device. If another parent/guardian wants to add the device to the application, just like the first one registers in the SeTracker2 application with his own e-mail address, scans the REG CODE, then the administrator will have to confirm consent to pair the smartwatch with another account.

SETRACKER2 APP
After registering and adding the device, a map with the last location of the
smartwatch will be displayed on the main screen of the application. The
location source (GPS/LBS/WIFi), address, date, time of last reading and
battery status of the watch will be displayed. The watch should be in an
open area so that the location is accurate and stable thanks to the GPS
signal. If the watch does not have access to GPS, because it is, for example,
inside a building, the location is determined based on the nearest base
station. Then the displayed position of the device may differ from its actual
location.
Note: When using any function of the SeTracker2 app or trying to change
settings, you may see the message: “Device is not online”. This means that the
smartwatch has no internet access or is out of network coverage. Check if the
SIM card is correctly installed and if it meets all the conditions described
earlier in the manual. If the card is properly installed and meets the
requirements described, the reason for the lack of coverage may be incorrect
APN configuration. How to properly configure the APN is described in the
further part of the manual – TROUBLESHOOTING
MOST IMPORTANT APP FUNCTIONS

Contacts: Add contacts to be displayed in the smartwatch phone book (maximum 15 contacts).
Note: If you want only contacts from this list to call your watch, turn on the Reject Unknown Calls function, available below in the settings. -
Chat: Ability to send short voice memos (max. 15 seconds) and short text messages (max. 30 characters) to the smartwatch.

SOS Emergency numbers: Configuration of SOS numbers (up to 3 numbers).

Location: A mini map with the last location of the smartwatch is displayed on the main screen. Click on the mini map to display the full-screen map. You can refresh the location at any time by clicking

Geo fence: A feature that allows you to define the area where the watch user can be. When the border of the area is exceeded, the application will inform you about it. To set the area, click on the map on the main screen of the application. Full screen map will be displayed, click on the icon” + press +, then select any place on the map – this will be the center of the geo fence. Enter the name and radius of the area (up to 2 km).

Video chat: A video chat function between the app user and the smartwatch. A strong 4G signal is required for a stable and good quality video connection.

Voice monitoring/Listening: The function of renotify listening to the sounds of the smartwatch’s surroundings. You must enter a phone number to activate the feature. Within 30 seconds, the watch will call the phone number provided earlier. No message is displayed on the smartwatch – it is completely discreet.

Health/Pedometer: Your child’s activity, steps taken and calories burned. The pedometer is disabled by default. Click the icon and select change/switch pedometer.

Working Modes/Tracking Frequency: Select the frequency of automatic refresh of the smartwatch’s location.

Disable Functions>Dial Pad: Enable/Disable. numeric keypad functions on the watch. When this feature is enabled, the watch user can dial and call any number (even outside the phonebook). If you do not want the watch user to be able to contact numbers outside the phone book, disable this function.

Selection of time zone: Configuration of the correct time displayed on the smartwatch.

Remote restart: A function that allows you to remotely turn off and restart the smartwatch.

UNBIND: Remove the smartwatch from your app account. After removal, the watch can be registered to another account in the SeTracker2 application.
SMARTWATCH OPERATION

TURNING ON THE DEVICE Press and hold the function button(1) for approx. 5
seconds to start the device.
MENU NAVIGATION
The menu of the device is navigated using the touch screen and the function
button (2).
Swipe left or press the button(2) to enter the main menu. Swipe down
to view parameter status and quick setting menu.
Swipe up to view the pedometer.
SOS CALL
To make an SOS emergency call, press and hold the function button (1) for
about 4 seconds. The SOS function works with an active SIM card and after
entering the SOS number by the SeTracker2 application.
TURNING OFF THE DEVICE Press function(2) or swipe left to enter the main
menu. Then use Settings>Disable.
TROUBLESHOOTING
THE SMARTWATCH DOESN’T TURN ON
- Connect the device to charge for approx. 2 hours
- Check if the charging cable is properly connected.
- Check that the charging cable and charger are working properly.
NO INTERNET CONNECTION (“DEVICE NOT ON NETWORK” MESSAGE)
- Make sure that the SIM card meets all the requirements described in this manual.
- Make sure your watch is in a location with optimal GSM coverage.
- Restart the device.
- Perform APN configurations in accordance with the following instructions for example GSM operators:
Send an SMS to the phone number of the SIM card in the watch (the watch must
be turned on, case sensitive): Pw, 123456,ts#
PAfter a while, we should receive a response containing diagnostic information
about the watch: e.g. software version, ID, IMEI, IP address, battery status,
GSM coverage level. For the smartwatch to work properly, the ip_url field must
contain:
ip_url:52.28.132.157; port:8001;
If the ip_url field differs from the above (e.g. after connecting the
smartwatch with an application other than SeTracker2), please contact the
MANTA support.
After receiving the above reply message, send another message depending on the
SIM card operator in your watch:

The correct response:

After receiving the response, we send an SMS that will restart the watch to
apply the new configuration:
Pw, 123456,reset#
You will receive a return message: “reset…” after the smartwatch restarts.
NO GSM RANGE
- Check if the SIM card is properly installed and if it meets all the requirements described in this manual.
- Make sure that the smartwatch is located in a place where the GSM signal strength is at the appropriate level.
- Restart smartwatch.
INACCURACY LOCATION
- Remember that the smartwatch must be in an open area for the location to be determined with the greatest accuracy based on the GPS signal. In buildings, in the forest, the level of the GPS signal may be low or completely lost. When the smartwatch loses the GPS signal, because, for example, it is in a building, the location is determined on the basis of the nearest LBS cellular network transmitter or the detected WiFi signal, which may cause discrepancies in relation to the actual location of the device.
- If the device is in an open area and the location is still not accurate, restart the watch. This can be done via the Shutdown option in the device menu or remotely using the Remote restart function in the SeTracker2 application.
THE WATCH CANNOT BE CALLED
- Check if the smartwatch has GSM coverage and the card meets all the requirements.
- When the Reject unknown calls function is turned on, only contacts saved in the contact book can call the watch, check if the number you are calling from is saved in it.
LOW VOLUME OF SOUNDS
- The volume can be adjusted via the Volume function in the watch settings.
LOW BATTERY LIFE
- In the settings of the SeTracker2 application, check the operating mode in which the device operates (Update every 10 min mode is recommended).
- Check that the charging process of the watch has not been too short, that the battery has reached 100% charge (recommended charging time is about 2 hours).
