FAQ
- Q: What should I do if the speaker does not recognize my USB drive?
- A: Make sure the USB drive is formatted correctly and that it is within the supported capacity of 64 GB. Try inserting the USB drive again after turning off and on the device.
- Q: Can I play music in different formats other than mp3/wma/wav/flac/ape?
- A: No, the speaker only supports the formats mp3, wma, wav, flac, and ape for USB playback.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Please read the instructions included with the product before using the product.
- Read all warnings carefully.
- Follow all instructions carefully.
- Do not use the device near water, in very dusty places, in places subject to strong vibrations.
- Clean the device with a dry cloth only.
- Do not cover the ventilation openings of the device. Installation should be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

- Use only attachments/accessories specified by the manufacturer.
- Unplug the device if there is a lightning storm or if it will not be used for an extended period of time. When unplugging the power cord from the AC outlet, never pull on the cord. When you do not plan to use the speaker for an extended period of time, disconnect the plug from the AC power outlet.
- Refer all service activities to qualified service technicians. Service is required if the appliance has been damaged in any way, for example if: the power cord or plug is damaged; liquid has spilled into the device or an object has fallen onto the speaker; the device has been exposed to rain or moisture; the device is not working properly or has been dropped.
- Even if the speaker will not be used for a long time, the battery should be fully charged at least once every 30 days to maintain its performance.
- Do not use or store the speaker in very low or very high temperatures (below 5°C and above 35°C). If the speaker is used or left outside the above range, the speaker may be damaged.
- If water enters the device, immediately disconnect it from the AC power source and consult an authorized service center.

Product Functions
Bluetooth
- Turn on speaker. The power button turn blue and blink quickly. Device is ready to connect in Bluetooth mode.
- Activate Bluetooth of mobile device and search for device name „SPK310″ and then point to the speaker and pair your devices. The power button stop blinking and you will hear the connection tone
- Play the music from your mobile phone and enjoy.
- Long press Forward or Backward button on the device or on Mobile phone to select songs you like.
- Press Play/Pause button on the device or on Mobile phones to play/pause the music.
- Short press Forward or Backward button to adjust volume up and down. Or adjust the mobile phones’ volume.
- Long press Play/Pause button to activate voice assistant SIRI/GOOGLE ASSISTANT in mobile phone which is connected with speaker.
Remark: Under Bluetooth playing mode, insert the AUX cable will disconnect the Bluetooth and switch to play the connected external audio device. Pull the AUX cable out of the speaker, the speaker will return to Bluetooth mode.
Playing music from a USB drive:
- Turn on your device.
- Insert the USB flash drive into the port, the music will play automatically.
- Long press + or – button to select song, short press to adjust volume.
- Press the ► button to play or pause.
- The speaker supports USB drives with a maximum capacity of 64 GB and formats mp3/wma/wav/flac/ape.
Notes
- In any playback mode, when you insert a USB drive into the speaker, it will switch to USB drive playback mode.
TWS Function:
- Turn on two identical speakers you want to pair, both under BT mode. Only need to set one of the two units.
- Press the “TWS” button, speaker will make “di” twice, it will make a tone “di” and TWS button will keep lighting after paired successfully.
- Make Bluetooth connection with your mobile phone to play music by the two paired Speakers to create more powerful surround sound effect.
- When you want to exit the TWS mode, press “TWS” button again to exit the TWS function.
- Once two units paired with TWS, when they both are turned on next time within effective range, they can be automatically paired again.
Power Bank Function:
- Turn on the speaker.
- Connect other device to the 5V 1A Out port via a charging cable.
Hand-free call:
- Under Bluetooth connection status, if there is an incoming call, user can short-press Play/Pause button to accept the call or long-press Play/Pause button to reject the call.
- During the call, user can long-press Play/Pause button to switch to talking on the phone.
- Short-press Play/Pause button or operate on mobile phone to end the call.
AUX-IN:
- For other compatible music devices or your MP3/MP4 players, use audio line cable audio Jack-Jack 3,5mm to connect from the device’s “Line Out” to the “Aux In” of this device, the speaker will prompt “Aux Input Mode”, then Enjoy…
- When using an external device, all functions can be controlled by the external device.
Charging:
- The charger is not included in the accessories. Please use a standard 5V/1 ~3A charger to charge this device, and we are not responsible for any damage caused by using other charger.
- Power off the unit, put the provided charge cable into the charge slot of unit, connect the other end to PC or other charger with 5V output.
- Charge time should be 5-9 hours. The charging indicator is red while charging, and the indicator light will switch off when full charged.
- The working time of a loudspeaker depends on many factors- incl. on the type of sound source, volume level, charge level.
Important:
- When playing music during charging, please put the volume to middle, because for some music with heavy bass, the charger may not be able to afford the high current temporarily under the maximum volume.
Reset Functionality:
- If the speaker does not turn off or respond, user can short-press the Reset jack with a small round pin to reset the speaker.
Remarks:
- When the speaker Bluetooth connected with one mobile device, user can long press the TWS button to disconnect the previous device, then make Bluetooth connection with another mobile device.
- Default volume is at 30% status of max volume.
- Press the Light button to turn the light on/off.
- When battery voltage low, the speaker will prompt”Battery Is Low, Please Recharge In Time”.
- Turn the power button to”off” while without use.
