Thank you for purchasing a VEO 3T+ series Tripod.
Notes before use
- Following the set-up of the tripod, confirm all legs are spread open and locked before mounting your camera. Failure to do so may cause the tripod to fall and your equipment to be damaged.
- Always comply with the weight restrictions. Going over the maximum load capacity may cause damage to equipment or personal injury.
- Ensure all individual knobs and locks are tight to avoid movement, as movement may result in equipment damage or personal injury.
- Carefully hold the camera equipment stable when removing it from the tripod.
- Carrying your tripod:
- After use, remove the camera; fold the tripod completely; and ensure the tripod handle faces out when folding.
- Do not carry the tripod when the camera is still mounted.
- Cleaning your tripod:
- When necessary, wipe the tripod with a soft cloth and if required use a mild detergent.
- When used around salt water, first flush with fresh water, then wipe with a dry soft cloth.

CENTRAL COLUMN CAMERA SCREW ADAPTER
The central column plate houses a dual side 1/4 -3/8″ camera screw adapter (A) -
To release the camera screw adapter:
- Step 1) Use the hex wrench to release the set screw (0) by turning counterclockwise.
- Step 2) Release the central column camera screw adapter (A) by turning the central column plate (B) counterclockwise.

HEAD ASSEMBLE/ REMOVE
Assembling the head:-
Step 1) Make sure screw size ( 1/4″ or 3/8″ ) is correctly chosen for your equipment

Step 2) Move the anti-shock rubber ring (C) down and confirm the 3-stop screws (P) are not interfering.

Step 3) Connect the tripod and head firmly by turning the head clockwise until firm and tight.

Step 4) Use the hex wrench to tighten the stop screws (P) by turning clockwise. Confirm the 3 stop screws (P) are perfectly tightened before use of your tripod kit.
Removing the head: -
Step 1) Move the anti-shock rubber ring (C) down.

Step 2) Use the hex wrench to release stop screws (P) by turning counterclockwise.

Step 3) Make sure the panning knob of the head is locked, then turn the head counterclockwise.

ANTI-SHocK RUBBER RING
Anti-shock rubber ring (C) protects your equipment from vibration damage when the central column (D) is lowered too quickly. -
USE CENTRAL COLUMN TO EXTEND MONOPOD HEIGHT
When converting to Monopod the central column can be utilized to extend the height.- Loosen the center column end cap (K) and take off the retractable hook (L) by turning counterclockwise;
- Separate the tripod leg tube as specified in figure 5;
- Connect the central column to the monopod tube by turning clockwise.

LEG ANGLE ADJUSTMENT
Push button (G) on side of the canopy to adjust legs to any of the three pre- set angles (23, 50, and 80 degrees). Legs can be positioned at individual angles.
Warning:
When folding up the legs, please remove your camera to prevent any damage to your equipment. -
FOLD UP THE LEG TUBE
Then folding up the leg tubes, press the leg angle adjustment button (L) until it is over the largest angle of 80″, the legs can be completely folded up, making it compact for easy carrying.

To ensure maximum compactness and folding of your tripod for transporting please pay attention to the position of the head (as shown in figure 8).

MULTI ANGLE CENTRALCOLUMN (MACC) SYSTEM
- a. Release the central column lock by loosening the knob (E).
- b. Loosen the central column end cap (K), then slide the central column (D) up and stop.
- c. Release the Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (Q). swivel the central column to the desired angle and tighten the central column knob (E) and Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (Q) Reset the Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (Q);
- d. Release the swivel lock knob by loosening knob (F);
- e. Swivel the central column to the desired position. The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) moves into place effortlessly and without great pressure or force.
However, if you find the ISSL is resistant to moving into the locked position, simply slightly re-position the central column and ISSL will lock the column into place with ease. Tighten the locking knob (F).

MA-1 ASSEMBLE
- a. Loosen the center column end cap (K) and take off the retractable hook (L) by turning counterclockwise.
- b. Press the pin on the end of the central column.
- c.d. Pull back the lock to open, then install the MA-1 at the same plate.
- e. Move the MA-1 horizontally to a desired position and then push back the lock to fix the MA-1 on the central column.

COUNTERWEIGHT
Stabilization hook for additional equipment or counterweight for better stability. -
LEGS EXTENSION ADJUSTMENT
To adjust the height of the legs, each one has a telescopic section that can be extended by releasing the lock (M).- Step 1) Open the legs.
- Step 2) Release the leg sections successively by locking (M) clockwise. The Advanced twist-lock feature 1/4 turn lock/unlock system, turn clockwise 1/4 turn until feeling stop position full release. Extend leg section always start from the top down (thinnest section last) to reach the desired height. Using the large leg section first will make your tripod more stable (as shown in figure 12).
- Step 3) Lock (M) by turning counterclockwise until fully tightened.
- Step 4) Proceed the same way for the two other legs and make sure all locks (M) are perfectly tightened to avoid the potential of the tripod falling.

RUBBER FEET TO SPIKED FEET
The rubber feet can be converted to spiked feet for using different types of terrain. Spiked feet are included (as shown in figure 13). -
LOOSE LEG
If by chance or over time a leg becomes loose, use an Allen wrench to tighten the bolts near the top of the spider cast (canopy). ( Allen Wrench -
included)
ATTENTION:
For the Protection of Your Camera and Equipment
- A1: In order to ensure stability, it is highly recommended the head be in line with one of the legs for counterbalance weight force for still photography and within the scope of most extended legs.
- A2: For greater stability of your tripod: When increasing the height of the tripod, extend the leg sections successively from the top down. Begin with the section closest to the canopy and work your way down until desired height is attained.
