General Assembly Guidelines

1. Please ensure that all parts and hardware are available before assembly.

2. Follow each step carefully to ensure the proper assembly of this product.

3. For ease of assembly, two people are recommended to assemble this product.

4. The three main types of hardware are: wood dowels , screws and bolts.

5. The glue is to secure wood dowels in place. When first inserting dowels, locate the appropriate hole for the dowel, and place a small amount of glue in the hole then insert the dowel. Please remember wipe away the excess glue immediately.
   The dowels are necessary to attach assembly parts together in the following steps. Place a small amount of glue on the end of the dowel before attaching parts together. Please remember wipe away the excess glue immediately.

6. A Phillips head screwdriver is required for the assembly of this product.

7. Power tools should not be used when assemble this product.

Step-by-Step Assembly Guide

Step 1:
Attach (B) and (C) to parts (5) and (6).

Step 2:

1. Attach parts (5) and (6) to part (7).
2.  Attach (A) to the fully assembled part (7).
3. Rotate (A) 160°~180° and tighten it with a screwdriver according to the following picture on the right.

Step 3:

1. Attach (B) and (C) to part (7).
2. Attach part (9) to part (7).
3. Attach (A) to part (9).
4. Rotate (A) 160°~180° and tighten it with a screwdriver according to the following picture on the right.

Step 4:
Attach (B) and (C) to parts (3) and (4).

Step 5:
Attach (A) according to the diagram.

Step 6:

1. Insert part (10) into parts (5) and (6).
2. Attach parts (4) to part (5) and (6).
3. Attach (A) to the fully assembled part (5) and (6).

Step 7:
Attach part (8) to fully assembled parts using screws (D) and washer (H).

Step 8:
Attach (B) and (C) to parts (1).

Step 9:

1. Attach parts (1) to fully assembled parts.
2. Attach (A) to fully assembled parts.

Step 10:
Attach (M) to part (2) using screws (G).

Step 11:
Attach (M) to parts (4) and (7) using screws (G).

Step 12:
Attach parts (12) and (13) to part (11) using screws (F).

Step 13:

1. Insert part (15) into designated area.
2. Attach (E) to part (14).

Step 14:
Attach parts (12) and (13) to part (14) using screws (F).

Step 15:

1. Load the assembled drawer into the slide.
2. Attach (E) to part (6).

STEP 13
Finally, as shown in the picture, place the sponge pad (J) under the lift table to reduce the impact sound.
