Assembly
- unscrew the nut (2) fixing the pusher (1)
- put the spring (6) on the bottom of the pusher (7)
- the whole part put again in guide bush (3)
- Screw the nut (2) fixing the pusher (1)
Once the device has been assembled, place the fruit on the seat (4). The pit is removed after pressing the piston knob; when the piston is released the pit is discharged to the container (5).

Directions
Pitting consists in multiple pressing of the piston head.
The piston comes back to its initial position after each pressing (due to a
mounted spring).
