Important Information

• Make sure the working temperature is greater than 0°C (32°F), as the motorized arms will not operate below that temperature. If your living space is chilly, we advise warming up the holder by letting hot air from the vent blow on it before using the holder.
• To ensure that the motor has adequate power when you clamp or release the phone, plug the cable into the QC3.0 car charger. Otherwise, the clamping arms won’t move.
• About the vehicle charger: In order to ensure rapid charging, please plug the cable into a QC 2.0/3.0 car charger. Non-QC car chargers, 2.4A car chargers, or USB ports do not allow fast charging or provide enough power for this device. The product includes a 4.92-foot/1.5-meter Micro USB cable, but no car cigarette lighter
• About the phone case: For optimum charging, please take off any uneven or tough cases, metal ring holders, metal attachments, and credit cards. Make sure the thickness of the phone case is no more than 4mm (0.16 inches).
• Please adjust the bottom bracket to position the phone at the wireless charging inductive center if the charging coil has to be aligned. It won’t charge if it’s set incorrectly.
• To avoid your phone overheating, turn off the screen when using wireless charging and close any open apps to save energy.
• Red Light Indicates Incapability to Charge: 1) Please align the telescope tray; 2) Wireless charging is not supported by the case; 3) Connect the cord to the car charger (QC2.0/3.0).
