NO.1 Download and install APP MOES WB-A14-RCW-E27 Smart Bulb - qr code

Scan the QR code above or search “Smart Life” in application market to download and install the App.
NO.2 Sign in App

Sign in with mobile phone number + verification code.
Select your country code, enter the phone number and tap “Get” to get a message containing verification code. Enter the verification code in the message and tap “Login” to login the App.
Sign in with social media account.

NO.3 Add device
When install the lamp, please reset it to enters the networking state.
The steps is: On-OFF-ON-OFF-ON until it flashes rapidly. Switch time interval shall not exceed 10 seconds. Then tap “+” at the upper right corner of the “Devices” interface an pick the Lighting to connect the APP.
Note:

Connect light bulbs only via WiFi for the first time, please make sure that the light is quickly flashing, and WiFi password you inputted is correct. (The connection process may take several minutes, please be patient.)
After the first connection, you can use a new WiFi or mobile data traffic to control lights anytime at anywhere.
Only supports WLAN in 2.4GHz, Android 4.1 above and iOS 8.0 above. Do not support 5G WiFi.
When you connect multiple WiFi bulb, don’t let the both bulb too close, it may cause signal interference.

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller
directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase.
The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation and service of the product.
Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g. during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
