SAFETY MEASURES

Pay attention to the following while using the electric appliance:

  1. Carefully read the instructions before use and keep them for future reference.
  2. Before use, ensure the power voltage is consistent with the rated voltage indicated on the product.
  3. Before dismantling, installing or adjusting any part of the product, disconnect power supply.
  4. Before use, check power line, socket, strainer component and rotor for damage and, if any damage or deformation, stop using the product and contact the customer service department. To prevent dangerous conditions, never dismantle it without permission.
  5. To prevent dangerous conditions, do not connect the product with a timer.
  6. To prevent accidents, do not immerse the machine into water. You may scrub with a soft cloth.
  7. Keep fingers or hard objects out of the feed inlet during operation. The contact with the screw rod may cause injury or product damage.
  8. Use the original product provided by manufacturer. Never use other objects instead of the pushing rod. To prevent accidents, keep eyes out of the feed inlet.
  9. To prevent dangerous conditions, damaged power lines must be replaced by the manufacturer, the maintenance department or a professional from a similar department.
  10. After juicing, turn switch to “0” position and do not dismantle product accessories until the motor has stopped completely.
  11. Store the product at a place away from children. Prevent children from playing with the product.
  12. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
  13. The product is applicable for household and not for commercial purpose.
  14. Do not operate the product without being watched.
  15. To prevent product damage during use, do not add hard object (such as nuts), fiberrich foods (such as sugar cane), less-juice foods (such as bananas) and non-food objects into the feed inlet. To prevent injury and damage, use push rod instead of hand if foods are stuck at the feed inlet.
  16. Store the product at a dry place away from direct irradiation of ultraviolet light.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

A. Dismantle package and place all parts on a flat table. Before startup, take out all accessories.
B. Immerse all removable parts and accessories in warm water and dry them. To prevent electric shock and machine damage, do not immerse the main machine in water.
C. Before assembly, be sure no power lines are inserted and the switch is at “0” position.
D. Use only the accessory recommended by the manufacturer.
E. After each use, turn off switch and, before dismantling parts, be sure the motor has stopped and pull out power lines.
Remark: Before use, assemble all parts as per drawing, or otherwise the normal operation would be affected. See the following for the detailed operation procedures.

  1. Take out feed cylinder and align it with the positioning direction of machine (See Figure 1);

  2. Take out screen brush and keep it into screen cylinder (See Figure 2);

  3. Align screen cylinder with the feed cylinder (See Figure 3);

  4. Take out the rotor to align it with motor shaft (See Figure 4);

  5. Take out pressing rod and insert it into surface cover (See Figure 5);

  6. Keep the unlocking mark on surface cover in alignment with the triangle mark on the feed cylinder (See Figure 6);

  7. Rotate clockwise for tightening and anticlockwise for loosening (See Figure 7);

  8. Optional juice-extracting mouth assembly (See Figure 8).
    INSTRUCTION

Operation instruction

  1. Ensure accessories are correctly installed, juice receptor is below the juice outlet and the pulp cup is in place.

  2. In order to insert fruits in the feed inlet easily, cut fruits into pieces.
    Note:
    A) Fruits with less juice are not recommended, such as banana, apricot, etc.
    B) Nuts that would damage motor and juicing screen such as cocoa should not be used.
    C) Unpitted fruits such as lemons and grapes should not be juiced before pitting. The core of pineapple should be removed.
    D) The product is not applicable for fiber-rich fruit or vegetable, such as sugar cane.

  3. Put fruit into feed inlet, push the rod and squeeze fruit with uniform force. Empty the cup when it is filled with juice before next operation.

  4. Juice in the transparent cylinder should not exceed the maximum capacity value; slow turn on juice extracting mouth to prevent juice from flying and spraying;

  5. To prevent product damage during use, do not add hard object (such as nut), fiber-rich foods (such as sugar cane), less-juice foods (such as bananas) and non food object from feed inlet. If foods are stuck at the feed inlet, stop operation and empty the pulp before next procedure.
    Note:
    Keep fingers or other object away from the fruit channel in juice machine and, if the channel is stuck, push and clear the channel with push rod or other fruit slice and, if failed, disconnect power supply, remove fruit slices.

  6. If juice cup is filled or juicing is finished, turn switch to “0” position and when spiral feeding rod stops rotation, empty juice cup, clean feed cylinder and screener. Juicing period should not exceed 20 minutes, and, after 2-3 cycles, the product should be cooled down before next cycle.
    Note: Before juice cup is filled, stop operation. Do not put too much fruits and vegetables. Empty the juice cup and food residue before next cycle.

  7. If too much foods are found in the product, press down REV, and rotor will reverse exit materials, then turn switch to “0” position to start juicing.

  8. After use, turn switch to “0” position, unplug wires, clean each part (except for the main machine), dry it and assemble them, store in a safe place.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

  1. After use, clean each part (except for the main machine).
  2. Before cleaning, unplug wires and fully cool off main machine.
  3. After juicing, remove all parts as per the reverse procedure.
  4. After cleaning, dry the product with a cloth, install and store it in a dry and safe place.
  5. Before flushing the outlet of feed cylinder, pull out the bottom silicon sheet and, after cleaning, install silicon sheet correctly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Storage:

  1. The product should be kept away from children.
  2. Store the product in a safe place.
  3. Keep the product in a dry place, away from direct irradiation of ultraviolet light.
Problem Solution

Juicing failure and no dry pulp| Be sure rubber sheet at the bottom of feedcylinder is tightened. See the assemblymethod for rubber sheet.Materials that have been stored in refrigeratorfor a long time should be defrosted in cleanwater before use.
Stop operating during use| If too much materials are found in the product.If the fruit is not pitted.Turn switch to “0” position for 3-5 seconds,then turn switch to “REV” position for 3-5seconds to reversely operate the product, turnswitch to “ON”. If spiral feeder cannot work,stop using the product, dismantle the parts offeed cylinder, and clean parts before use.
