INTRODUCTION
Before using the appliance, please read carefully this instruction manual
and keep it for future reference.
This instruction manual is designed to provide you with all required
instructions related to the installation, use, and maintenance of the
appliance. In order to operate the unit correctly and safely, please read this
instruction manual carefully before installation and usage.
This appliance is intended for short-term operation. Keep intervals of 30 seconds of chopping maximum. After 30 seconds of the operation let it cool down for a 1-minute minimum to avoid o overheating. Otherwise, the motor could be damaged. After three times of operations in sequence stop and let the motor cool down for 30 minutes.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
To avoid damage or danger by improper use, this instruction manual should be followed and carefully kept. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages or accidents caused by not following the safeguards and instructions. If you give the appliance to another person, also supply them with the instruction manual.
Intended Use:
This appliance is intended for domestic use only, not for commercial use. To
avoid all danger and risk of injury relating to electric appliances, this
appliance has to be used in the way indicated in this instruction manual and
the safeguards. In case of improper use, the manufacturer assumes no
liability.
- Before first use ensure that your mains voltage corresponds to that stated on the rating plate of the appliance. Connect this appliance to a plug that is wired according to the regulations (220-240V~ AC).
- This appliance is forbidden to be operated by a separate timer or separate remote device. This could cause fire danger and the appliance is not suited for such use.
- If necessary use an extension cord according to the regulations and corresponding to the appliance.
- Additional protection may be obtained by fitting an earth-leakage circuit breaker (IF=30mA) into your home installation. Please consult a qualified electrician.
Caution! An electric appliance in no toy!
Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use. This appliance is not
intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be
supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
- Explain to your children all risks which can be caused by electric current:
- The danger caused by rotating sharp blades and moving or sharp-edged parts of the appliance
- The danger caused by electric current or heat development
- Keep the appliance at any time out of reach of children or persons who cannot handle electric appliances properly. Keep the cord at times out of reach of children, they could pull at the cord and be hurt by falling down.
- Do not leave packaging components (plastic bags, cardboard, polystyrene, etc.) within the reach of children – the danger of suffocation!
Caution! The danger of electric shock!
Appliance, cord, and plug should never get into contact with water or any
other liquids to avoid the risk of electric shock:
- never immerse the appliance, the cord, or the plug in water or any other liquid for any reason whatsoever
- never use the appliance near a sink, or bathtub to avoid the danger of falling into the water
- never touch the appliance with wet hands or stand on a wet ground
- never place the appliance on wet ground
- never use the appliance outdoors, it is not suited for outdoor use.
- Caution! Fill the chopper attachments to the “max” mark only. Never overfill to avoid overflow and splashing.
- Caution risk of damage! Never fill hot food or hot liquid to avoid scalding, damage, or deforming of the appliance.
- Caution! Risk of injury! Always unplug whenever emptying or cleaning the appliance. Do not touch the blade to avoid the risk of injury. For safety reasons, the blades are not suited to remove from the appliance.
- Use accessories delivered with this appliance only! Never use accessories that are not provided by the producer. Otherwise, this could constitute a danger of injury to the user and a risk of damaging the appliance.
- Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a dry environment to avoid damage to the electric parts.
Do not operate any appliance if:
- the power cord is damaged
- the blades are damaged or incomplete
- in case of malfunction or if it has been dropped or damaged in any manner; special tools are required to repair the appliance. In any case, ask a (*) competent qualified electrician to check and repair it.
- Run the cable in a way that nobody can stumble over it or pull on it.
- Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the cord around the appliance and do not bend it. Take care that the cable never comes into contact with sharp edges and hot objects.
- To avoid any danger of electric shock, short circuit, or risk of injury, always switch off electric appliances after each use and unplug them. As well as if malfunction in order to change or remove accessories.

To unplug only pull the plug, never pull on the cord to avoid damage. From time to time check if the cord is damaged. In this case or if the appliance is damaged it must not be used anymore. Should the cord be damaged, it must be replaced by a competent qualified electrician (*) to avoid any danger caused by the electric current.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Before the first use remove all packaging including the blade cover (if exists). When using it for the first time clean all the attachments of the appliance with a damp cloth. When using it for the first time little smell might occur. This is harmless and disappears after a while.
USING THE PRODUCT
- Caution risk of injury! The blade is very sharp! Keep your fingers, hair, and cloth away from the sharp blades! Do not touch the blades while cleaning or removing it.
- Caution risk of damage! Never fill hot food or hot liquid to avoid scalding, damage, or deforming of the appliance.
- Caution! Always fill the mixing bowl to the max mark only to avoid splashing and overflowing. After each use always unplug!
- The appliance is equipped with two different attachments. The chopper attachment and the grinder attachment, each with an integrated blade. To chop or mix food like carrots, mushrooms, pieces of dry vegetables, parsley leaves, or others, use the chopper attachment.
- To grind coffee beans, spices, or dry herbs into powder, use the grinder attachment.
- Do not use very hard food such as frozen food, old bread, or uneatable parts of food like gristles or stones. Such misuse will damage your appliance.
- Please note the rating time: 30 seconds ON, then 1 minute OFF to allow the motor to cool down. Otherwise, the motor could overheat.
- Please note that big pieces of food must be cut into small pieces (size around 1,5 cm).
- Don’t fill the mixing bowl more than half to avoid splashes and overflow.
- Never blend hot liquid and food with the appliance, to avoid the risk of scalding and electric shock!
Mounting
To assemble the desired attachment, attach it to the motor unit and turn it in
a clockwise direction till it is engaged. Then fill your food to be chopped.
Do not fill the mixing bowl more than half to avoid overflow. The transparent
lid (splash protection) can be put on top in each position.
Operation
Plugin. To switch it on press down the transparent lid. This will deactivate
the micro safety switch and the motor will start operation. Hold the appliance
steady. Please note the short-term operation of 30 seconds operation and 1
minute resting (see chapter “Short-term operation” also).
Tip
If your chopper attachment gets blocked, always unplug it before removing the
blocking object. If the blade is getting slowly or does not rotate anymore,
the pieces of food are too big or not suited for chopping. Carefully remove
the food. Also, the mixture might be too dry. In this case add water, oil, or
milk.
After use and before cleaning always unplug and dismantle.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Caution danger of injury!
The blades are very sharp! Do not touch the blades while cleaning to avoid
injury! For safety reasons, the blades are not suited for removing them.
Caution!
Dan ger of electrical shock! Before cleaning and removing parts, switch off
the electric appliance an d always remove the plug from the mains. Never
immerse the appliance in water. The con nector parts must not get wet. Contact
of electrical parts with moisture can cause electric shock or short circuits
and damage.
- Do not use sharp detergents or metallic, abrasive objects to clean the unit as the surface of the unit or accessories might get damaged.
- If necessary, just wipe the motor unit with a dry cloth. The motor unit and the power plug may not get into contact with water or any other liquids.
- Remove the lid and the chopper or grinder attachment. Clean these parts in warm water with a drop of dishwashing liquid.
- Never put the appliance or the accessories into a dishwashing machine to avoid damage.
- Store the unit in a dry safe place, not reachable for children.
