How to Connect

First Time Connection

1. Pick up both earbuds, pop them back in case then close lid to activate them.
2. Open lid, pick up earbuds and they will auto power on. On phone, search QCY Melobuds ANC and tap to connect.

How to switch Connection Between Two Devices
Push earbuds into case, open lid and keep pressing charging case for 3s or until LEDs on earbuds blink white. Then pick up earbuds. On device, search QCY Melobuds ANC and tap to connect. Earbuds cannot get connected with two phones at the same time. They will auto reconnect to the last phone in connectivity record, if any.

Factory Setting

1. Push earbuds into case, open lid and keep pressing charging case button for 10s to set earbuds to factory (LEDs on earbuds blink white 5 times).
2. After factory setting, earbuds will auto pair with each other and turn connectable to phone when picked up.

Charging Earbuds
LED will glow solid red when earbuds are charged and turn white for 30s when topped up.

Charging Case
LED will glow solid red when case is charged and turn solid white when topped up.

How to Wear

1. Please put on earbuds properly then adjust them to fit yourself.
2. Set microphone towards your mouth.
3. It will cause a bad calling or listening experience to wear them them in a wrong way.

LED on Case

• Battery level of case ≥ 20% (white)
• Battery level of case < 20% (Red)

Functions

• Power-on : Hold MFB for 1.5s
• Power-off : Push earbud back in case.
• Answer/end call : Press MFB.
• Ignore call : Hold MFB for 1s.
• Skip track backward : Hold left MFB.
• Skip track forward: Hold right MFB.
• Voice assistant : Double press MFB
• Playback/pause : Press MFB.
• Gaming mode : Keep pressing left touch panel for 1.5s
• ANC mode : Keep pressing right touch panel for 1.5s to switch among ANC, Normal and Transparency modes

Tips

1. Before using the earbuds, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.
2. The earbuds need to be fully charged prior to first-time use.
3. If the earbuds are left unused for over two weeks, please recharge.
4. Please use the chargers made by qualified manufacturer.
5. If the earbuds cannot be found by your phone, please check whether they are in pairing mode; if left unconnected for a long while, the earbuds will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the mode; if a procedure error of your phone occurs, reboot it; if a procedure error of the earbuds occurs, reboot or reset it.

Caveats

• Never disassemble or modify your earbuds for any reasons to avoid any damages and danger.
• Do not store the earbuds in extreme temperatures (under 0°C or over 45°C).
• Avoid using the indicator close to the eyes of children or animals.
  • Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm to avoid irregular function and increased risk of electric shock.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals or strong detergents to clean the earbuds.

Note : please do not use earbuds for a long time as it may damage your hearing

Warranty Conditions

A new product purchased in the Alza.cz sales network is guaranteed for 2 years. If you need repair or other services during the warranty period, contact the product seller directly, you must provide the original proof of purchase with the date of purchase. The following are considered to be a conflict with the warranty conditions, for which the claimed claim may not be recognized:

• Using the product for any purpose other than that for which the product is intended or failing to follow the instructions for maintenance, operation, and service of the product.
• Damage to the product by a natural disaster, the intervention of an unauthorized person or mechanically through the fault of the buyer (e.g., during transport, cleaning by inappropriate means, etc.).
• Natural wear and aging of consumables or components during use (such as batteries, etc.).
• Exposure to adverse external influences, such as sunlight and other radiation or electromagnetic fields, fluid intrusion, object intrusion, mains overvoltage, electrostatic discharge voltage (including lightning), faulty supply or input voltage and inappropriate polarity of this voltage, chemical processes such as used power supplies, etc.
• If anyone has made modifications, modifications, alterations to the design or adaptation to change or extend the functions of the product compared to the purchased design or use of non-original components.
