Step 1: Insert the transmission rod (10) into the holes of the gear boxes on the left and right columns (3, 4). It is fully inserted once the retainer rings on the transmission rod (10) touch the gear boxes.
Step 2: Align the holes of one metal beam (6) with the left and right
columns (3, 4). Place a washer (G) and spring washer (H) over one hole. Using
the 4×4 Allen key (E), secure the washers (G, H) with a 12mm M6 screw (B).
Repeat this process with the three remaining holes on the metal beam.
Repeat the whole process with the other metal beam.
Step 3: Align the holes of the supporting plates (2) with the left and
right columns (3, 4).
Using the 4×4 Allen key (E), secure each supporting plate (2) with two 12mm M6
screws (B).
Step 4: Align the holes of the feet (5) with the bottom of the left and
right columns (3, 4).
Using the hex end of the 5×5 Allen key (F), secure each foot (5) with four
35mm M6 screws
(C). This completes the frame assembly.
Step 5: Insert dowels (D) to connect the tabletop halves (1). This creates the tabletop.
Step 6: Using the Phillios end of the 5×5 Allen key (F), secure the tabletop to the frame assembly with ST4.2 screws (A).
Step 7: Using the Phillips end of the 5×5 Allen key (F), remove the two
screws on the right column. Cover and secure the hexagonal sleeve (7) onto the
hexagonal shaft on the right column (4) with the two screws.
Using the same end of the 5×5 Allen key (F), secure the crank holder connector
(8) to the tabletop with ST4.2 screws (A).
Insert the crank (9) through the crank holder connector (8) and hexagonal
sleeve (7).
Step 8: Using the Phillips end of the 5×5 Allen key (F), secure the crank holder (11) to the tabletop with ST4.2 screws (A). Place the crank (9) onto the crank holder (11).
