IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farm houses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
- WARNING: Risks of injuries if you don’t use this appliance correctly.
- Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food, thanks to refer to the section “Cleaning and Maintenance”.
- Regarding the operating times and speed setting, thanks to refer to the section “Operation/Use of the appliance”
- To protect against risk of electrical shock do not put the hand mixer in water or other liquid.
- Do not operate the hand mixer with wet hands.
- Unplug from outlet when not in use, before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, as well as spatulas and other utensils away from the beaters during operation to reduce the risk of injury to persons, and/or damaged to the mixer.
- Remove beaters from the hand mixer before washing them.
- Do not continuously operate the mixer too long. The motor may overheat. For each speed control, continuous operating time must be less than 5 minutes. For Turbo speed, continuous operating time must be less than 1 minute.
- Do not use the appliance to mix too hard ingredients.
- The use of attachments not recommended or sold by the manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
- Do not let cord contact hot surface, including the stove.
- Do not let cord hang over edge of the table or counter.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Do not put it in water.
- Do not use outdoors.

MIXING GUIDE

Whisking egg white (with fork)
|
5 egg whites
| Fill egg whites into the container; blend it at the lowest setting for 30 seconds; then at the highest setting for 150 seconds until desired.
DO NOT OVERPROCESS.
Whipping cream (with fork)
|
500g cream
| Fill the cream into the container; blend it at the lowest setting for 30 seconds; then at the highest setting for 150 seconds until smooth.
DO NOT OVERPROCESS.
Making cake (with muddler)
| 150g butter, 150g flour, 150g sugar 3 eggs| Put 150g butter,150g flour,150g sugar and 3 eggs into the container; blend it at the lowest setting for 30 seconds; then at the highest setting for 90 seconds until desired; consistency is achieved.
DO NOT OVERPROCESS.
Mixing dough (with muddler)
| The mixture in the proportion of each 100g flour to 72g water do not exceed 35% of the total capacity of the container.|
Put the mixture into the container; blend it at the lowest setting for 60 seconds; then at the highest setting for 4 minutes until desired; consistency is achieved.
Note: Use muddler if mix thick sticky flour. Use forks if beat eggs.
OPERATION/USE OF THE APPLIANCE
- Fit the Fork (7) or Muddler (8) to the beater holes (Fig2)
- Plug in the appliance.
- Hold the mixer handle. Lower the forks or muddlers into ingredients.
- Switch on (3) and select the speed desired. The mixer begins to mix the ingredients in the bowl.
- When you have finished mixing, stop the mixer by pushing the speed button to “0” immediately.
- Wait until the forks/muddlers have stopped revolving, and press the ejector knob (1) to remove the forks/muddlers. “Switch off the appliance before changing accessories or approaching which move in use.”
- You can press “ Turbo “ button to accelerate the speed during mixing.
- Unplug the appliance when you have finished mixing. Clean the forks/muddlers with water. Make them dry, and store in the box together with the main body.
CLEANING

Unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning and maintenance.

Use cloth to clean the forks and muddlers with hot soapy water.
Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid.
Caution: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent gloss loss. -
Dry thoroughly before storage.
