IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
- Read all instructions carefully before you use the appliance.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
- This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.
- Appliances can be used by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved.
- Children shall not play with the appliance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect from supply before changing accessories or approaching parts that move in use.
- This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
- staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments;
- farmhouses;
- by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;
- bed and breakfast type environments.
- WARNING: Risks of injuries if you don’t use this appliance correctly.
- Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact with food, thanks to refer to the section “Cleaning and Maintenance”.
- Do let the appliance rest at least 2 minutes between 2 running cycles! After operating 3 cycles continuously, the appliance needs to cool down to room temperature to restart.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the appliance before plugging in.
- Do not operate the appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return the appliance to the nearest authorized service facility for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical adjustment.
- Never put the main body with the motor unit in water or other liquid or let the cord or plug get wet, you could get an electric shock.
- Do not operate the appliance with wet hands. Make hands dry with cloth before plugging in.
- Take special care when preparing food for babies, the elderly and infirm.
- Always ensure that the chopper is thoroughly sterilized.
- Never chop hot oil, fat. Please follow the processing guide.
- Do not let the cord hang over edge of the table or counter.
- Never let anybody trip over the power cord and attached cable. Don’t let the cord touch hot surfaces or hang down where a child could grab it.
- Unplug from outlet when it is not in use, before moving the appliance or adding the food.
- Do not use outdoors.
- Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
- Never add ingredients to the chopper bowl while the machine is operating.
- The capacity of the ingredient do not exceed the maximum graduation of the chopper bowl.
- Do not continuously operate the blender too long. The motor may overheat. If the surface of the appliance has been very hot, it may need time to cool down. After reducing to the room temperature, the appliance can be operated again.
- The continuous operating time with the load must be less than 30 seconds when using the chopper, furthermore, do not use the appliance to chop too hard ingredients.
- Do not exceed the quantities and maximum time indicated in the operation guidelines or processing guide.
- Take the blade unit off before cleaning.
- Avoid contacting moving parts.
- Keep fingers, hair, clothing and utensils away from moving parts.
- His appliance must not be used against prescription.
- Regarding the operating times, thanks to refer to the section “Processing guide”.
- Inside cover should NOT be used for storage.

Before using for the first time
Remove all packaging and take away the chopping blade protective cover.
OPERATION GUIDELINES
- Caution: Blades are sharp. Handle carefully.
- Caution: For electric safety, do not use any liquids in the chopper.
To use the chopper
- Remove the protective cover from the blade of the chopper.
- Clean the inside cover, blade unit and bowl of the chopper.
- Fix the blade unit in the chopper bowl.
- Fill the food to the bowl (not more than the maximum indicated level).
- Place the inside cover onto the chopper bowl. Fit the main body onto the inside cover of the chopper.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged and the main body is in place.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the appliance.
- Plug in, press the top cover downwards with one hand, slightly hold the handle of chopper bowl with the other hand while operating, the appliance starts running.
- After you have completed chopping, Release the top cover, then unplug from outlet.
- Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 30 seconds.
- If your chopper gets blocked, first stop and unplug before clearing.
- After use, unplug and dismantle the main body and the inside cover in sequence, take the blade unit out of the bowl by holding the plastic shaft, then pour out the food.
- The edges of the blade is very sharp, do not touch them.
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the “care and cleaning”.
To use the emulsifying disc
- Clean the inside cover, emulsifying disc and bowl of the chopper.
- Place the emulsifying disc into the food bowl.
- Fill the food to the bowl (not more than the specified quantity.).
- Place the inside cover onto the chopper bowl. Fit the main body onto the inside cover of the chopper.
- Check if the power cord is not damaged and the main body is in place.
- Make sure your electricity supply is the same as the one shown on the appliance.
- Plug in, press the top cover downwards with one hand, slightly hold the handle of chopper bowl with the other hand while operating, the appliance starts running.
- After you have completed emulsifying, Release the top cover, then unplug from outlet.
- Warning: The continuous operating time must be less than 30 seconds.
- If your chopper gets blocked, first stop and unplug before clearing.
- After use, unplug and dismantle the main body and the inside cover in sequence, take the emulsifying disc out of the bowl, then pour out the food.
- Always switch off and unplug before cleaning. Please refer to the instruction in the “care and cleaning”.
The use of silicone mat
The silicone mat can be placed on the glass bowl to keep the chopped food
clean.
PURPOSE
Chopping beef(less than 300g), nuts, breads, vanilla, onions e.g. Emulsifying
milk (less than 200g) or other liquids.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning and maintenance.
- Remove the main body, the inside cover and the seal ring in sequence, then take the blade unit or the emulsifying disc out of the bowl.
- Wash the inside cover, the seal ring, the bowl, the blade unit and the emulsifying disc immediately after use either with warm/sudsy water.
- Caution: Take care when cleaning the blades as they are extremely sharp.
- Wipe off the main body (also motor unit) with a damp cloth.
- Warning: Do not immerse the motor unit in water or other liquid.
- Caution: Do not use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the unit to prevent the gloss loss.
- Dry thoroughly before storage.
- Reattach the chopping blade protective cover to the blade.
- The power cord can be wound around the projections of the silicone enclosure.
Fitting for the seal ring to the inside cover
- The sealing ring should be reattached to the inside cover after cleaning.
- Put the sealing ring onto the inside cover in the direction of the mating surface A and B.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry and ventilating place.
WARNING
- Any other servicing should be performed by an authorized service representative.
- Never misuse this appliance. Care is needed when handling cutting blades, especially when removing the blade unit from the bowl and during cleaning.
- Always reattach the protective cover to the blades after cleaning.
