Safety notices
- Read these instructions, and especially the safety instructions, carefully before use. Retain these instructions for future reference. If the appliance is passed on to third parties, these instructions must also be handed over with it.
- The appliance is intended for chopping food and mixing liquid ingredients. It is exclusively intended for domestic use, and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
- Not suitable for chopping solid frozen ingredients, seeds, bones and other non-edible components of food.
- Use only as described in these instructions.
- WARNING! Sharp blades! Exercise caution during use and cleaning to avoid injury. Keep the blade insert and container out of the reach of children.
- This appliance should only be used by children aged 8 years and over, as well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if they are supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the appliance and understand the dangers associated with its use. Children must never be allowed to play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance must never be performed by children without supervision.
- Always hold the cutter cover firmly with one hand during use.
- Do not remove the cutter cover until the blade has come to a complete standstill.
- Only ever use the appliance on a clean, level, stable and dry surface.
- Before each use, check the device and its components for any damage. Do not use appliance if there is any visible damage. Contact our customer service (contact details on the last page).
- Not suitable for chopping hard foods, such as ice cubes.
- For domestic use only, and not intended for commercial use.
- Do not submerge the cutter cover under water, this can damage it.
- Containers not suitable for microwaves, freezers or ovens.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Wash all components with warm water and a mild detergent. Then dry them carefully. Carefully clean the blade insert. Risk of injury – sharp blades!
USE Shredding

Place the container on a clean, level work surface.

Carefully place the cutting insert on the small plastic pin in the middle of the container.

Fill the container at least a quarter full with ingredients to be cut.
Note: Wash the food beforehand, and remove any seeds or stones, stems and, if necessary, the peel. Cut larger ingredients, like apples, onions, etc., into smaller pieces beforehand. Dry any herbs thoroughly. -
Place the cutter cover on the appropriate container, so that the opening on the underside of the cover fits onto the spindle of the knife insert. Lock the cover by turning it slightly clockwise.

Hold the cutter cover with one hand while pressing down on the device onto the work surface. With the other hand, grasp the handle of the cutter cover, and firmly and quickly pull it away from the cover.

Do not suddenly release the handle. Do not release the handle until the cable is completely retracted. Note: If foodstuffs block the knife insert, remove the ingredients and cut into smaller pieces by hand.

Repeat the process until the food has reached the desired degree of fineness.

Take off the cutter cover and carefully remove the knife insert.

Remove the shredded ingredients. We recommend using the spatula for the most effective removal.
Blending and whipping
- Place the container on a clean, level work surface.
- Place the whipping insert on the small plastic pin in the middle of the container.
- Fill the container at least a quarter full with a suitable ingredient, such as cream.
- Put on the cutter cover, so that the opening on the underside of the cover aligns with the spindle of the whipping insert. Lock the cover by turning it slightly clockwise.
- Hold the cutter cover with one hand while pressing down on the device onto the work surface. With the other hand, grasp the handle of the cutter cover, and firmly and quickly pull it away from the cover.
- Do not suddenly release the handle. Do not release the handle until the cable is completely retracted.
- Repeat the process until the ingredients have reached the desired consistency.
- Take off the cutter cover and remove the whipping insert.
- Remove the ingredients. We recommend using the spatula for the most effective removal.
Freshness retention:
Close the container with the appropriate freshness-retaining lid to keep the
chopped food in the refrigerator.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Cutting cover: Wipe the cutting cover with a damp cloth. Do not submerge under water, this can damage it.
- Bladed insert: We recommend cleaning by hand with warm water and a mild detergent. Do not use any abrasive, caustic cleaning agents.
- Whipping insert / freshness-retaining lid / container: these parts are dishwasher-safe.
