Insert the spring.

Insert the bolt with the short side in, first.

Check the hole on the top is visible.

Screw the knob onto the bolt.

Enjoy the gate!
Dear customer, before teaching your pet the stay command, make sure there is a heavy box or other things on the opposite side of the gate to keep them from breaking through or puling it down.
- A few months later, your pet will not push the gate.
