SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions carefully before use, and save them for future reference. Failure to follow the instructions below can result in a risk of burn injuries, fire, electric shock and/ or personal injury.

  • Only use the product on soft body tissue and in such a way that it does not cause pain or discomfort.
  • Do not use the product on the head, skeleton bones, or hard parts of the body.
  • Moderate or excessive pressure can result in bruising.
  • Check the massaged area at regular intervals. Stop using the product immediately if you experience pain or discomfort.
  • Only use the product on dry, clean skin. Press gently and move the product over the skin.
  • Keep your fingers, hair and other parts of the body away from the axle and the back of the massage head – pinch risk.
  • Do not use the product where skeleton bones are covered by thin layers of muscles, such as on the shins, the top of the feet or the back of the hands.
  • Do not use the product on or near sensitive areas, such as the eyes, teeth, breasts, genitals, artificial limbs, etc.
  • Do not use the product in such as way as to risk fracture.
  • In the event of persistent pain, stop using the product immediately and seek medical attention.
  • Always check the product, the power cord and charger before use. If the power cord or charger get damaged they must be replaced by an authorized service centre.
  • This product can be used by children from 8 years and upwards and by persons with physical, sensorial or mental disabilities, or persons who lack experience or knowledge, if they are supervised or receive instructions concerning the safe use of the product and understand the risks involved with its use. Do not allow children to play with the product. Do not allow children to clean or maintain the product without supervision.
HOW TO USE
  • Do not press the product too hard against soft tissue – risk of personal injury.
  • Never poke any objects in the ventilation openings on the product.
  • Do not place or store the product where it could drop, or be pulled down into a bath or washbasin.
  • Never use the product under a quilt, blanket or cushion.
  • The product can overheat – risk of fire, electric shock and/or personal injury.
  • Do not start the product when charging is in progress, make sure that it is switched off.
  • Do not burn.
  • Only use accessories and attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Do not use the product for more than 30 minutes at a time. After using the product for 30 minutes, allow it to cool.

WARNING!

  • Do not touch the product, power switch, charger or plug with wet hands.

  • Switch off the product after use.

  • Do not use the product immediately before going to bed.

  • Never use the product if you are tired or under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

  • Do not dismantle the product or attempt to modify, or repair it.

  • Do not use the product in wet or explosive environments, for example in the vicinity of flammable liquids, gas or dust. The product produces sparks, which can ignite dust and fumes.

  • Do not attempt to roll the product or charger over carpets or objects, and do not put it near an electric heater or other sources of heat, or in hot or damp places.

  • Do not use the product in damp conditions, or at temperatures over 40°C.

  • Never immerse the product in water or any other liquid.

  • Never cover the product when in use.

  • Keep the product under careful supervision when it is used by, or near children or persons with functional disorders.

BATTERIES
  • Do not expose batteries to water or any other liquid.
  • Do not charge batteries in high temperatures.
  • Do not use batteries near naked flames or other sources of heat. Move the battery to a cooler place immediately if it leaks or smells.
  • Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
  • When batteries are not in use keep them away from metal objects such as paperclips, coins, keys, nails, screws and other small metal objects that can short circuit the terminals and cause a fire and/or explosion.
  • Do not puncture batteries, tread on them or subject them to knock and blows.
  • Never attempt to open or dismantle batteries.
  • The battery must be removed before the product is handed in for recycling.
  • Switch off the product before removing the battery.
  • Recycle used batteries in accordance with local regulations.
CHARGING
  • Make sure to do the charging in a suitable place and to use the right charger. Never connect an unknown charger, or a charger, charging cord or battery that can be suspected to be defective. Otherwise there is a risk of overheating, and in the worst case fire.
  • Do not leave the battery unattended when charging.
  • Battery is inserted in the handle and it is normal for the handle and charger to become warm when charging.

USE

BEFORE USING FOR THE FIRST TIME

NOTE:
Charge the battery for 4 hours before using for the first time.

Consult a doctor before use if you:
  • Are undergoing treatment or do not feel completely well.
  • Have high blood pressure, heart problems, intracranial arteriosclerosis or cerebral thrombosis.
  • Have aneurysm or malign tumor.
  • Have fractures or osteoporosis.
  • Use a pacemaker or other implant.
  • Are pregnant or menstruating.
  • Are a minor.
  • Have a personal injury.
  • If you experience discomfort during the massage – stop such treatment immediately.
HOW TO USE
  1. Press one of the four massage heads in the massage head on the gun and turn it to lock in place.

  2. Long press the power switch button to start the massage gun.

  3. The vibration frequency is shown with the status lights from left (low) to right (high).
    Press the power switch button repeatedly to step through the frequencies to set the required frequency. The vibration frequency of the gun will go faster if you press it hard into your muscles.

  4. Long press the power switch button to switch off the massage gun after use.

NOTE:

  • Always check before use that the massage heads are intact and firmly in place. Loose or damaged parts can affect functionality.
  • The product must only be used on dry skin. Do not use skin care products, such as skin lotion or oils.
Massage heads

Ball-shaped head for large groups of muscles
Recommended for all groups of muscles – arms, hips, legs etc. Stroke the massage head slowly along the muscles and allow the vibrations to relax them. Hold the massage head still at places that ache or are tender

U-shaped head for vertebrae
Recommended for the spine. Do not use the U-shaped massage head directly on vertebrae. Move the massage head slowly along the muscles and let the vibrations relax them. Hold the massage head still at places that ache or are tender.

Small round head for joints
Recommended for acupuncture areas and the soles of the feet. Stroke the massage head slowly along the muscles and let the vibrations relax them. Hold the massage head still at places that ache or are tender

Small flat head for all parts of the body
Recommended for full body massage – neck, spine, Achilles tendon etc. Stroke the massage head slowly along the muscles and let the vibrations relax them. Hold the massage head still at places that ache or are tender.

MAINTENANCE

CLEANING

Clean the massage gun with a damp cloth and wipe dry with a dry cloth.

NOTE:

  • Do not use benzene, thinner or other strong or corrosive detergents.
  • The massage heads should not be rinsed or washed.
STORAGE

When the massage gun is not in use, store it in its case in a clean, dry and well ventilated area. Do not expose the massage gun to moisture, extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
