Before use, check that the mixer, the pipe, the screw and other removable
parts are not damaged.
The minimum quantity of workable flour is about 160 g or 1 measuring cup while
the maximum quantity is about 320 g (two measuring cups). Different flours
with different strengths and in more or less humid environments can give
different results.
Add water and flour respecting the proportion between the ingredients
indicated in the reference table. Otherwise, the pasta will be too dry or too
moist and the accessories could be damaged.
The product has a safety device so that if the lid is lifted during operation,
the machine switches off.
While in operation, the machine detects whether the dough is soft or hard and
reverses the rotation. Check if the dough is too dry or if there are foreign
bodies in the bowl. If everything is regular, add the right amount of water.
The machine stops automatically after a cycle of use. If you want to continue
using the product let it rest for 10 minutes.
When the plug is connected to the power outlet, if a light flashes, disconnect
the plug from the power outlet and check if flour or other objects are stuck.
Remove them, then reconnect the plug to the power outlet to continue using the
machine.
When the product is running, do not add any solid food (eggs must be mixed
with water).
No part of this product can be sterilized inside a microwave oven, in order to

food

Make sure the cable is not connected to the power outlet.
Insert the mixing axle into the bowl and connect it to the main unit. Insert
the extrusion pipe into the container.
Insert the extrusion axis and insert the selected disc into the extrusion head
until you hear a click. Insert the extrusion head on the pipe, the disc must
be facing downwards. Screw the locking ring and close the bowl with the lid.
Instructions for use
The product has a display showing the duration of the process and four buttons
which correspond to four functions (Fig. C).
ON / OFF to turn the product on and off
Auto-Run selects the automatic mixing and extrusion mode. The process takes
about 10 minutes and at the end the message END will appear on the display
accompanied by an acoustic signal.
Knead selects the manual dough mode to mix the flours with the liquid
ingredients. The function ends automatically after 4 minutes
Extrude selects the manual dough extrusion mode. If after the automatic
function there is some dough left in the container, press this button to
extrude all the mixture. The extrusion time is 5 minutes. During the process,
the dough is continuously overturned but if the display shows “E1” after many
of these operations, check if the mixture is too dry and, if necessary, clean
the dies, add water and press the extrude button again.
Do not use the extrude function if the flour and liquids are not well blended.
To prepare pasta, carefully follow the proportions of the ingredients as per the table below:
Flour
| Water| Vegetable juice| Eggs and water
---|---|---|---
1 cup| 60 ml| 70 ml|
70 ml
2 cups
| 120 ml| 120 ml|
120 ml
The eggs must be well mixed with the water before being inserted into the
machine. Cooked vegetables can be chopped and mixed directly with the flour
while with hard vegetables you must first extract the juice.
To proceed to make the dough, measure the flour with the appropriate measuring
cup and remove the excess using the spatula (Fig. D). Measure the water using
the graduated measuring cup, taking care to keep the measuring cup resting on
a flat surface (Fig. E).
Pour the flour into the bowl and close it with the lid until you hear a click.
Press the On / Off button and then the Auto Run button: the mixture will begin
to mix.
While the blades are in operation, slowly pour the liquids through the
appropriate hole on the lid.
After about ten minutes the product will stop working automatically, signaling
the end of the program with an acoustic signal and the message END.
If after the extrusion there is still dough inside the container, press the
Extrude button or empty the container and work the dough by hand, cutting it
as you wish.

Cleaning
To open the lid, pull the handle on the front upwards (Fig. F).
To disassemble the product, follow the steps in the assembly paragraph in
reverse.
Remove the dough residues from the container and the blades with the aid of
the cleaning spatula and wash the parts in the dishwasher or by hand with dish
detergent. To clean the discs easily, let the dough dry or put the discs in
the freezer and then proceed to clean the holes with the tip on the spatula
(Fig. G).
Common problems during use
The machine does not shape the past| The dough is wet because too much water
has been added: re- move the dough from the bowl, create balls the size of
peanuts, put them back in the bowl, add an adequate amount of flour and select
the automatic mode.
The mixture is dry because not enough water has been added: remove the disc in
use and replace it with a new disc previously immersed in water, add an
adequate amount of water and resume processing by selecting the automatic
mode.
---|---
The pasta is jagged or has cracks| To make it more homogeneous, add eggs or
cooking oil.
Or break the finished dough into balls the size of peanuts, put a little flour
in the bowl, select the manual mode and rework the dough. The more times the
operation is repeated, the more homogeneous and resistant the dough will be.
When it comes out of the machine, the pasta is hot and sometimes sticky| When
the dough comes out, sprinkle with dry flour, to make it more resistant and
not sticky.
When it comes out of the machine, the pasta is broken| This problem is caused
by the lack of water. Follow precisely the proportions indicated in the table.
Too dry dough| Add the correct amount of water and continue processing in
automatic mode. If you choose to remake the pasta, add 10- 20ml of water.
Too wet dough| Add the correct amount of flour and continue processing in
automatic mode. If you choose to remake the pasta, reduce the water by 10-20
ml.
