Precautions before Use

Introduction to app Interface

Simple troubleshooting

crash:

Wireless cannot log in or access the Internet:
- A. if there is a fault in the wireless or wired internet, generally restart the computer and reconnect.
- B. If you still can’t connect to the network. please nun off the router and the computer and wait for more than 15 minutes at the same time. After the break, um on the router and the computer again and reconnect.
- C. if the fault has not been terminated. you can restore the router and reset it, and connect to the computer’s wireless network again,.
- D. please confirm your password again, and check whether the wireless icon has an exclamation point or is abnormal.
- E. you can right-click hus computer on the desktop, and click manage. open the device manager, check whether the wireless device driver in the device manager is abnormal, open the network adapter click the device, and uninstall the network device. When uninstalling. please do not check “uninstall delete driver”. If you check the box, the driver will be permanently deleted. This method is to add again Load the driver. After uninstalling. you can restart the computer. The computer will automatically install the driver. In general. 80% of the computer WiFi failures can be fixed
