Operators
- Before starting to use the device the operator must have read and understood the operating manual.
- Only authorized and trained operators must have access to the device in order to operate it.
- The operating manual must be available to the operator at all times.
- The operator must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication.
- Children, performance-impaired persons, and pregnant women are not allowed to operate the device.

Safety instructions
Keep this appliance out of the hands of children and unauthorized users.
Never look directly into the light as this can cause (irreparable) damage to
your eyes.
If not in use, or in case of repairs or maintenance work, always unplug the power plug. Always grasp the plug rather than the power cable.
Exercise caution during installation: touching live wires can cause a highly dangerous electric shock
Do not touch the appliance during use as the housing becomes hot
Protect the appliance against dust and external heat.
Protect the appliance against knocks and misuse. Never use brute force when operating the appliance.
Safety instructions
- Keep a mandatory distance of at least 50 cm to the illuminated surface.
- Only operate the light on the stand provided; it must not be attached to the ceiling or to a post
- Before using the appliance, familiarize yourself with its use.
- Modifications to the appliance are not permitted for safety reasons. Damage caused by modifications to the appliance is not covered by warranty.
- Use the applicance for the intended purpose only. Improper use of the appliance will void your warranty.
- Damage caused by failure to observe the provisions of these operating instructions are not covered by warranty; the retailer is not liable for any defects resulting from said failure.
- Do not use the appliance immediately after it has been subjected to temperature changes. Leave the appliance switched off until it has reached room temperature to protect it against damage.
- The appliance is rated protection class I. For this reason, the appliance must be grounded. Connect the appliance to grounded sockets only that have been installed in line with general safety regulations by a qualified electrician.
- Make sure that the mains voltage does not exceed the voltage stated in the Technical
- Data in these operating instructions.
- Protect the power cable against crushing and damage. If needed, have the cable replaced by your authorized STORCH service center.
- Smoke or odors may occur when you use the appliance for the first time. This is normal and will discontinue after some time.
Work on the electrical equipment of the machine must be performed by a qualified electrician, or by a trained person supervised and guided by an electrician in line with electrical technology rules.
**Replacing the LED illuminant

It is not possible to replace the LED illuminant. If a fault occurs, please contact your STORCH sales team member or the STORCH service hotline
Initial operation
Please connect the lamp to a suitable, earthed plug socket. Do not connect
any more than 2.500 W all together to the available plug sockets.
Warranty
A legal warranty period of twelve months from the date of purchase/date of invoice applies to our tools for commercial customers.
Claims
If you wish to claim under our warranty or guarantee, please return the
complete machine and your invoice to our logistics centre in Berka, postage
paid, or send it to one of our authorised service centres. We request that you
contact us beforehand by calling our free STORCH service hotline on 0800 7 86

Warranty entitlement
Claims can only be accepted for material defects or manufacturing errors, and
only assuming proper use of the appliance. Wear parts are not covered by
warranty claims. All claims shall become void in the event of installation of
third party components, improper handling and storage, as well as in the event
of obvious disregard of the operating instructions.
Performing repairs
All repairs must be conducted on our premises or by an authorized STORCH
service center.
Disposal
End-of-life devices must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Please take
them to a suitable collection point or hand over the end-of-life device to
your specialist dealer.
Important environmental information about this product
This pictogram on the device or packaging indicates that the device to be
disposed of must not be disposed of as domestic waste. Return the device
to the retailer or to a public recycling center. Observe local environmental
regulations.
In case of doubt, please contact your local waste authority.
Please read the operating instructions carefully before using this
appliance. If the appliance was damaged during transport, do not use it, and
contact your dealer.
