Product Usage Instructions

Important Information

  • The double motor TW61 is designed for indoor use and should be kept away from humid and wet environments.

  • Before installing, ensure that the mains power cord is unplugged. Insert two 9V DC backup batteries into the battery box, wind up the AC power cord and handset wire, and plug the handset connector into the dedicated socket.
  • Match the graphic symbols on the motor to the bed frame axis.

Installation Steps

  • Check that the mains power cord is unplugged.
  • Insert two 9V DC backup batteries into the battery box.
  • Securely wind up the AC power cord and handset wire around the hooks to prevent damage.
  • Plug the handset connector into the dedicated socket.
  • Match the graphic symbols on the motor to the bed frame axis.
  • Ensure the bed frame is horizontal before installing the double motor.
  • Fix the bed frame axis by pulling out the red latch and moving it along the protective cap.
  • Install the motor to the bed shaft ensuring proper engagement.
  • Close the protective cap and push back the red latch. Repeat for the other side.
  • If using additional actuators, plug them into the socket. Ensure all parts are properly installed before plugging in the power cord.

Bed Frame Control

  1. To move the bed board, press and hold the button until it reaches the desired position.
  2. Release the button to stop the movement immediately.

Installation steps

  1. Before installing, do check that the mains power cord is not plugged into the mains power supply.

  2. Put two 9V DC backup batteries into the battery box: first, remove the battery box cover, insert the battery, and then put it back in the battery box cover.

  3. Wind up the AC power cord and the handset wire around the hooks (as described in the drawing) to avoid any damage during handling.

  4. Plug the handset connector into the dedicated socket in the middle position.

  5. Match the graphic symbols on the motor to the axis of the bed frame:
    The “Backside” symbol must correspond to the axis linked to the back plate mechanism.
    The “Leg side” symbol must correspond to the axis linked to the footplate mechanism.

  6. Before installing the double motor on the bed frame, please check whether the bed frame is in a horizontal position.

  7. Pull out the red latch and move it along the protective cap to fix the bed frame axis.

  8. Make sure the side position is in the reset position, and then install the motor to the bed shaft.
    Make sure they are engaged properly.

  9. Close the protective cap and push back the red latch. Repeat from step 5 to install the other side.

  10. Plug additional actuators in the socket (optional). Ensure that all covers and parts are properly installed in place. Plug the power cord into the main power source and the double motor can operate normally.

Bed Frame Control

  1. Press and hold the button, the controlled bed board will continue to move, and it will stop automatically when it reaches the end.
  2. If you release the button during the process, the movement of the bed board will stop immediately.

Position Memory

Position setting

  1. The memory position buttons can store the position of the back and legs. Press the memory set button for 2 seconds, and the LED will flash slowly. Then press the memory position button to store the positions, the LED will flash quickly to confirm the positions have been stored.
  2. The memory positions can only be overwritten, not erased.

Execution go to the position

  1. Press and hold the memory position button to automatically go to the storage position of the bed, and press any button to stop.
  2. The LED indicator light flashes during operation and then stays on when the bed reaches the corresponding position.

Backup Battery Function

  • In case of a power outage, install two 9V DC batteries in the battery room to retract the actuator.

Remarks
Only for single use, and the standby time is very short.
